my greatest certainty. it's a shame it's overpriced because it's really good. i highly recommend: - the supplì (’nduja my favorite) - the rustic cake with ham - the pizza (only when it's hot) - the profiteroles - the chocolate cream puff (be careful when you bite it because it OVERFLOWS with chocolate cream inside) - the brownies there are so many other good things to try if you're willing to pay a little more than usual.

Completely gluten-free and lactose-free bakery. We visited both the bakery near Ponte Milvio and the one near Ponte Sisto. The girls who served us in both bakeries were super friendly and helpful. My celiac companion was absolutely satisfied with what she got, and as a non-celiac, I took the opportunity to try something and I can say that the food was really good.

New Food is undoubtedly one of the best gluten-free shops in Rome. It's the kind of place where, as a celiac, you really feel in heaven: everything is delicious, from sweet to savory. The pizza by the slice is among the best I've ever eaten, and the naturally leavened bread, in my opinion, is a must-have. The staff is very kind: all the guys are always available, smiling, and patient. The same goes for their restaurant in Prati, which is an experience definitely worth trying. The dishes are exquisite and the staff is truly attentive and warm. A special thank you to Stefania and Stefano, the owners: lovely people, welcoming and very accommodating. I have known the Ponte Milvio location for many years, at least six, and I must say there is always a great assortment of both sweet and savory gluten-free fresh products, and everything is very good. Since MICHELA and GIULIA started working there, I happily go because they are very kind girls, always smiling and available with my nine-year-old daughter (the celiac in the family), which is why I want to write this review. The work done with passion, dedication, and empathy by these young girls should always be acknowledged and rewarded with words and actions. I also met Michela during Celiakè, and she made us feel very welcomed there too. Thank you Giulia and Michela, we are your loyal customers!

I’ve been a customer at this store for some time, and it’s the best gluten-free food I’ve ever eaten. At New Food, everything is of excellent quality. For this Easter holiday, I ordered the gluten-free dove cake... what can I say, it’s sublime 🤩 soft, tasty, I couldn't stop slicing it; it’s outstanding, with chocolate pieces inside. I love it... but are you really sure I have to wait until next Easter to eat it again?!? 🥹

As a celiac, finding a place to eat safely and tastefully isn't always easy. At New Food Ponte Milvio, the friendly and professional Michela and Cristiana do everything with true pleasure. Everything is gluten-free, fresh, light, and really good. You can feel the quality and there's no lack of variety. It has become my reference point every time I want to treat myself to something good without worries. Highly recommended!

New food is a guarantee for celiacs or intolerant! The place is small, but the products are really good. I have only tried the desserts, and I can say they are excellent! The prices, of course, are a bit higher than the average for gluten-free products.

And regarding the person you mentioned, know that Cristiana, besides being at Ponte Milvio, I have also seen working in other stores. She is always kind and helpful. I also have to refute your description of the place; it is always very clean. Everything that New Food produces is excellent and of high quality. Can I give you some advice? Go buy gluten-free packaged food at discount stores; you will see that you will be satisfied there. I can't stand these negative and unfounded reviews. Everything is excellent: the desserts and baked goods are truly amazing. I have often visited gluten-free places, but never superb like this one; moreover, the girls who serve are really exceptional: helpful, polite, friendly, and qualified. I highly recommend this place.

An informal place for a quick bite in the Pinte Milvio area. The cuisine is exclusively gluten-free, including supplì, focaccias, pasta, parmigiana, lasagna, etc., but also desserts like croissants, muffins... Very convenient for a quick lunch or a snack. The girl was very kind to advise us. They have a restaurant in another area of Rome, also with totally gluten-free cuisine. Recommended!

Finally, I managed to go to New Food, everything was delicious! I got fresh bread that I hadn't eaten in about twenty years; tearing off pieces of bread and eating them while driving is priceless!! 😂😂 I also got mini pastries and cream puffs that were equally good! The staff were polite and kind, the place was very nice, clean and tidy! 😀😀 I highly recommend it!

During a work break, instead of going to the usual ippopizza for a supplì, I unfortunately stop at this place. The girl at the register was not very pleasant, almost scolding me for placing a coin on the scale. I ask for a supplì and she puts it in a bag without even a paper napkin, and it was definitely cold. She could have had the common sense to ask if I wanted it warmed up, but her only goal seemed to be to get me out quickly. She also remarked when I placed my bag on a table outside to take the supplì with a napkin. If this is their courtesy towards customers, you tell me. I just know that they lost a customer. In these times, this doesn’t seem like a good way to go.
