When I return to Sardinia, I can't help but go back to Ristorante Ispinigoli! It's the special dinner that my husband and I treat ourselves to every year. It's always a wonderful experience, (starting from the terrace that has an incredible view). Behind every dish, there is careful research and great attention to local ingredients. (Even the wines, for example, are produced locally, right from the vineyards overlooking the terrace.) They make gluten-free pasta by hand! I highly recommend the green ravioli stuffed with grouper with bottarga cream: a delicious and refined dish, perfect for an elegant dinner. A top-level restaurant that never tires me! 💚

Enchanting place, a bit complicated to reach especially in the evening since the roads are not illuminated at all, but in the long run, you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that allows for a wide view of the coast and the inland. Breakfast features typical and high-quality products, also available for gluten-free. The owner was a very kind person as he waited for me until 2 am due to a ferry delay from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return, highly recommended for peace and tranquility.
