I went back to edit the review I wrote last year because I believe this place deserves even more praise. Every time I return to this area of Sardinia, I can't help but go back to the Ispinigoli Restaurant. It’s always a wonderful experience: the terrace with breathtaking views makes every dinner special. The kitchen offers authentic typical Sardinian dishes, far from the usual proposals aimed solely at tourists. There is careful research behind each dish, and you can sense the care for the raw materials, many of which are zero km. The wines are also produced locally, right from the vineyards overlooking the terrace. One aspect I really appreciate is the attention to special dietary needs: those with celiac disease truly feel welcomed here. Don’t be fooled by the menu, which lists only a couple of dishes explicitly marked as gluten-free: ask the staff, who are always polite and knowledgeable, because there are often many suitable off-menu options, including desserts and gluten-free Carasau bread, which is always served. I highly recommend the green ravioli stuffed with grouper and bottarga cream: a delicious and refined dish, perfect for an elegant dinner. A high-level restaurant that combines beauty, quality, and attention to the customer. Absolutely worth a try!

Posto incantevole, un pò complesso da raggiungere specie di sera in quanto le strade non sono per niente illuminate, ma alla lunga ci si fa l'abitudine. L'hotel è ben tenuto, in posizione sopraelevata che permette una visuale ampia sulla costa e sull'entroterra. Colazione con prodotti tipici e di ottimo livello, disponibili anche per il senza glutine. Il titolare è stata una persona gentilissima dato che mi ha aspettato fino alle 2 di notte a causa di un ritardo del traghetto da Olbia. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Spero di ritornarci, molto consigliato per quiete e tranquillità.
