I ordered a brioche filled with pistachio cream. The brioche was packaged but good, and the cream was served separately, in a small cup, to spread by myself to avoid contamination. They had other gluten-free options, also packaged or frozen (croissant, cannoli, ice cream, granita, and some desserts).

Diverse gluten-free options but mostly pre-packaged. I had a cannoli filled with ricotta on the spot, it was very good.

Bar in cui mangiare dolci tipici Siciliano e fare una gustosa colazione, in centro a Noto. Dispongono anche di cannolo senza glutine, molto buono, ma leggermente costoso (4€). Granita alla mandorla buona e rinfrescante. Servizio un po’ lento ma comunque professionale.

Luogo carinissimo zeppo di specialità siciliane... Un'attenzione particolare per mia mamma che è celiaca ed ha potuto gustare un cannolo senza glutine fatto fresco al momento. Servizio gentilissimo, bravi!!!
