Everything 5 stars well deserved!!! We had lunch here as soon as we arrived at Lake Ampollino: family-run management with excellent reservation handling, a lot of courtesy and availability from the owners, tireless and friendly people. Very welcoming environment, almost from another time, a true mountain refuge where everyone, from children to adults, feels good and the food is simply exquisite.. we wanted the house appetizers with cold cuts, cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and warm terrines, first courses with fresh pasta and wild boar ragù and many others, and excellent meat dishes, shin to mop up, unique tagliates and overcooked. Gluten-free to perfection, we didn't expect it and instead.... Great job, lovely little place, will definitely return! Full of satisfied locals from Puglia, immersed in the wildest nature with a view of Lake Ampollino! Top services, free parking and plenty of sports and outdoor activities for everyone!

I spent a pleasant Saturday with a group of friends at Italia 90 in Trepuzzi (Le). The place is welcoming, the staff is professional and attentive to every customer need. We didn’t wait long to order, and the dishes were served shortly after. We enjoyed an excellent gluten-free mixed fried platter and ordered pizzas with different flavors, one of which was gluten-free. The venue has a dedicated gluten-free lab, and it’s also possible to choose the pizza and type of dough you prefer (there are several options). To conclude, we ordered some spumoncini, served with cream and Nutella on top.

The pizzas are very good, but the rotisserie is also valid: a lot of variety and above all they offer GLUTEN-FREE options and they do it really well. The place is not bad, it is warm and welcoming... A bit retro if we want, but the evening with friends and some beer is really enjoyable.

Given that I am from Milan, I probably see certain things as outside the norm, and since Google says you open at 6:30 PM. I am on vacation in Salento with my family and being gluten-free, I looked for a place that offered something without gluten. So, coming from Lendinuso (about 20 km away), I came with my brother, and we arrived around 7 PM. With great politeness and friendliness, I asked if you were open, and they replied that they would open in half an hour. Despite the indicated time not being correct, I said we would wait there, as we were coming from Lendinuso. Returning to the square to bide some time, we heard the young lady and her colleagues laughing loudly and chatting among themselves in a mocking tone. Ladies and gentlemen, you probably make good pizza (we'll never find out), but remember that politeness is as important as (if not more than) the quality of the product, and that people deserve respect regardless of their accent or origin. What a shame...
