Piadine con e senza glutine veramente buone. Grande disponibilità di ingredienti e molti abbinamenti già nel menù, la maggior parte anche in versione senza glutine. C’è possibilità di avere anche patatine fritte ma, indipendentemente dal glutine, sono abbastanza care (6€ per una porzione medio-piccola). Prezzi leggermente più alti della media. Molto disponibili considerando che siamo arrivati e, senza prenotazione, abbiamo chiesto un tavolo per 10 persone alle 20:30 di un sabato di inizio agosto. Si sono impegnati subito nel preparare il tavolo e sistemarci.

Mi sarebbe tanto piaciuto assaggiare la loro piadina tanto apprezzata dalle recensioni ma mi dispiace dover dire, e a quanto pare non sono nemmeno l’unica, che d’asporto il senza glutine non lo fanno. Fosse stato solo questo me ne sarei andata e basta. Il cameriere, infastitito dalla mia domanda, ha iniziato ad essere subito scocciato e sgorbutico, ignorando me e la mia amica, come se non fossimo mai entrate nel locale. Poi, giusto per chiedere semplicemente perché di questa cosa, sono entrata e l’ho chiesto al cameriere dietro il bancone che non solo mi ha risposto male, ma mi ha anche detto che non è tenuto a darmi spiegazioni sul perché non ci permettono l’asporto, consigliandomi di andare da un’altra parte (mandandomi praticamemte a quel paese). Ma non è ancora finita: avrei voluto che i miei amici prendessero per loro le piadine d’asporto chiedendo quindi di ordinarle, ma sempre il signore dietro il bancone ci ha salutato con un bell’arrivederci (chiaramente mandandoci a quel paese un’altra volta). So che può sembrare una recensione da hater ma è davvero successo: io sono rimasta scioccata perché sono stati arroganti e sgorbutici in risposta alla mia richiesta di informazioni. Specifico: ho chiesto GENTILMENTE delle informazioni, ma sono stata subito attaccata da entrambi. Io credo che un cliente possa chiedere del perché di questa scelta. A proposito della risposta a questa domanda: hanno il doppio forno ma non garantiscono cosa possa succedere fuori dal locale visto che il cliente può pensare di mangiare invece il cibo con glutine (e infatti io gli ho chiesto “ma che siamo, scemi???”) e subito dopo, come ho detto prima, ha iniziato a sbraitare dicendo che non è tenuto a specificare il perché della sua scelta. Peccato, perché escluso me, ha perso quattro clienti.

I ate a gluten-free hamburger with two of my friends and I believe I have never tried such a delicious sandwich. Juicy cutlet that is also crunchy on the outside and impeccable service. The place has a unique atmosphere and a huge attention to intolerances, highly recommended!

No takeout!!! It's a shame not to be able to take away the highly rated piadina... due to company policy... or speculations, they don't offer takeout!!! (many times for us celiacs, it's the only way to have a meal with company...) Let's hope for future leniency from the managers!!! We will be in touch....

Gluten-free piadina as good as the regular one. It is part of the AIC circuit with great attention to non-contamination, even using different napkins for gluten-free and gluten-containing options. If you pass through Riccione, highly recommended.

I only read reviews that praise the piadina as the best gluten-free option. I am surprised. Personally, I found the dough pure starch and gummy. However, I commend the fillings, which are very flavorful and abundant.

Very good gluten-free piadina, the only downside is the price (I have eaten equally good gluten-free piadina for almost half the price here) and the waiting times (though I went in August during peak lunch hour).
