Piadinas with and without gluten that are really good. Great availability of ingredients and many combinations are already on the menu, most also available in gluten-free versions. There is also the option to have fries, but regardless of gluten, they are quite expensive (€6 for a medium-small portion). Prices are slightly higher than average. Very accommodating considering that we arrived without a reservation and asked for a table for 10 people at 8:30 PM on a Saturday at the beginning of August. They immediately committed to preparing the table and seating us.

I would have loved to taste their piadina, which is highly praised in the reviews, but I'm sorry to say—and apparently I'm not the only one—that they don't offer gluten-free takeout. If that had been the only issue, I would have just left. The waiter, annoyed by my question, immediately became irritated and sulky, ignoring me and my friend, as if we had never entered the place. Then, just to simply ask why this was the case, I went in and asked the waiter behind the counter, who not only responded rudely but also told me that he was not obliged to explain why they don't allow takeout, advising me to go elsewhere (basically telling me to get lost). But it doesn't end there: I had hoped my friends would take the piadine to go, so I asked to order them, but the gentleman behind the counter greeted us with a nice goodbye (clearly telling us to get lost once again). I know this might sound like a hater's review, but it really happened: I was shocked because they were arrogant and sulky in response to my request for information. I specify: I GENTLY asked for information, but I was immediately attacked by both. I believe a customer has the right to ask about the reasoning behind this choice. Regarding the response to this question: they have a double oven but do not guarantee what might happen outside the establishment, since a customer might think of eating gluten-containing food (and indeed I asked them, "Are we fools???"). Then, as I said earlier, he began to yell that he was not obliged to specify the reason for his choice. It's a shame because, aside from me, he lost four customers.

I ate a gluten-free hamburger with two of my friends and I believe I have never tried such a delicious sandwich. Juicy cutlet that is also crunchy on the outside and impeccable service. The place has a unique atmosphere and a huge attention to intolerances, highly recommended!

No takeout!!! It's a shame not to be able to take away the highly rated piadina... due to company policy... or speculations, they don't offer takeout!!! (many times for us celiacs, it's the only way to have a meal with company...) Let's hope for future leniency from the managers!!! We will be in touch....

Gluten-free piadina as good as the regular one. It is part of the AIC circuit with great attention to non-contamination, even using different napkins for gluten-free and gluten-containing options. If you pass through Riccione, highly recommended.

I only read reviews that praise the piadina as the best gluten-free option. I am surprised. Personally, I found the dough pure starch and gummy. However, I commend the fillings, which are very flavorful and abundant.

Very good gluten-free piadina, the only downside is the price (I have eaten equally good gluten-free piadina for almost half the price here) and the waiting times (though I went in August during peak lunch hour).
