Good, but very high prices. The menu changes too often, as does the way of making pizza. It's necessary to maintain continuity, but everything else is very good.

Tonight we visited this restaurant in Monterotondo for the first time and it was truly a wonderful discovery! The staff, from the waiters to the reception, were very kind and always available to meet every request with great attention. The food was excellent, with particular care even for gluten-free options: tasty dishes, well prepared and presented with care, which is not always a given. The atmosphere is pleasant and you feel at ease right away, as if you were in a trusted place from the very first visit. We will definitely return: we often pass through Monterotondo for water polo matches and now we know we have a reliable spot to eat well and feel welcomed.❤

Wonderful experience 🙏🏽✨ We’d been searching for a gluten friendly place in the area and the gluten free was as good as the non-gluten 🤤Food was delicious. The music was wonderful, the staff were friendly and very accommodating 🫶🏽 The best restaurant of our Italy trip so far!

Total disappointment! I'm not commenting on the price, because I had many other issues. It was my first visit and as a coeliac, in an AIC-certified place, I expected absolute peace of mind. Instead, they made a mistake and brought me a pizza with gluten, which I bit into but was notified before I swallowed the first bite. Result: the owner tries, in order: - to blame me for not looking for the "label" (of which I was told nothing); - to scold the poor waitress at the table in front of me; - to return to my table twice (after I had already stated that I did not want to discuss what happened), explaining to me that they are a restaurant with great experience, etc. RESULT: not even a hint of a discount proposal and many goodbyes. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible experience: we requested margherita pizzas for two children, one of whom is celiac, and a margherita with cooked buffalo mozzarella. It was not possible: only pizzas from the menu. What is the difficulty? You have the ingredients and surely the margheritas are simpler than those offered. Willing to pay more for them. I asked for a mussel sauté as an alternative for me, listed on the menu: finished. Those who had the pizza found it absolutely bland, not to mention tasteless, as well as the supplì. Terrible quality/price ratio. Rude and unavailable owner. First and last time.

Great experience. Recommended for gluten-free food! Dry and very good fried dishes. Definitely worth returning!

The pizza dough was good but not well topped!!!!! I ordered it with eggplants and there were only small scattered pieces, the same with the sausage and mushrooms... very few!!! Fried items were mediocre... the same goes for the desserts. I have eaten several times in the past at Maculato and the food was better. Good gluten-free foods.

The pizza was excellent - one of the best gluten free pizza I ever had. The service was very slow, though. We waited half an hour before someone asked us if we wanted something to drink and then we waited nearly 2 hours for our pizza to arrive.

The ingredients are of the highest quality available in the area. Despite its name, their appetizer is a complete meal, thus presenting a choice between that and the pizza. If you choose the latter, take your time to study the menu because the variety of options is quite vast and all are mouthwatering! The dough is always light and digestible, even the non-gluten-free one. I’m not sure if this is why my ‘New Corsica’ (a sort of Marinara enriched with capers, olives, and burrata stracciatella) was a bit too thin and soft in the center. The wine list is excellent, but the choice of beers could be expanded, perhaps by introducing some local craft beers on tap.

The menu changes often, especially with seasonal ingredients. There is no specific specialty; everything is good! At 360º, you can enjoy appetizers of all kinds, classic Roman first courses, and chef’s choices. Excellent quality grill! The pizza dough is unique and never heavy. But the cherry on top is that the menu is identical for celiacs as well! They can order any dish, including fried items! Quality and price are average. Congratulations!
