excellent quality products and a wide choice of sweet and savory. Be careful not to confuse the entrance! (the cut pizza shop next door has a similar logo but is not GF)

I went there on a friend's advice because I am strongly intolerant to gluten, but as is the case with almost all gluten-intolerant people, I am also intolerant to dairy products, lactose, and casein. To my great dismay, I noticed that cheese is used without any issues in the preparation of pizzas, so I couldn't buy anything since the focaccia without cheese was sold out. This is a problem I also encountered at another store in Ciriè where they produced and sold gluten-free desserts, unfortunately made with milk and butter. I would like to shed light on this aspect that perhaps the patrons are completely unaware of; I find it utterly pointless to dedicate a space to gluten-free options if dairy products are not also removed. I can't give an opinion because I left right away.

This place really surprised me from the very first moment I walked in. As soon as you enter, the smell of pizza and focaccia truly makes you feel like you're living a dream that becomes even more real when you taste the dish. The focaccia is really excellent, and the pizza by the slice is perhaps the best in the city. It's great that they also have a venue dedicated to gluten-free options, although I personally can't evaluate it since I've never ordered from that place. Highly recommended for everyone, especially given its strategic location near Via Vittorio Emanuele.

Clean place, honest prices, and attentive staff... we accidentally bought from the gluten-free section and to be honest, we didn't like the pizza too greasy, but probably being gluten-free it's normal. We'll try the normal one.

Really a great opportunity in the heart of Cirié, in the pedestrian zone, at the Focaccitalia shop. High-quality #glutenfree products: #focaccia, #pizza, #desserts, #cakes, and more, including ready meals and ones to cook. I especially recommend the excellent #croissant with different filling options: berry jam, apricot or orange, or chocolate. Although there is no internal #café service, you can have #breakfast at the bar located right across the street, which allows even those bringing SG products not purchased from them to order coffee.
