We often went to this place. The last time I booked a table for six on Wednesday for the following Saturday, explicitly referring to the fact that we wanted the left room. Not the one where you can hear the bathroom drainage. We would have changed the date if necessary. The extremely rude person on the phone confirmed the reservation and hung up. We arrived and the table was indeed the one. When I pointed this out, they replied that there was no note regarding my request and that this was the best table in the restaurant. Rude is an understatement. The restaurant was empty, the reservation was for 7:30 PM, and there was no way to change tables. We left and ate at another place. I note the management change which has dramatically decreased courtesy and customer attention. Moreover, the last time my husband, who is celiac, was served a beer with gluten. We noticed it ourselves at the table by reading the label and did not create a scene out of respect for the waiter. It can happen, although it is very serious. Never again! P.S.: if that was the best table in the restaurant and leaving was madness, as they said, why the reluctance to change it for another?!? You could have made other customers happy!
