Roman cuisine, exceptional food. In the appetizer, they replace regular bread and pizza with gluten-free products. For the first courses, no problem; they have gluten-free pasta and are careful with the seasonings. Spectacular carbonara!!!! For the second courses, except for meatballs for obvious reasons, the rest can be enjoyed by someone with celiac disease. At the end, they bring sweet wine and little ring-shaped cookies, and they always have a gluten-free sweet product to accompany the wine. I have been to this restaurant several times and have always had a good experience. Highly recommended.
