As a celiac, the best pizzeria I've tried. True Neapolitan dough, special toppings of the highest quality. Since 2023 also registered with AIC. For me, there’s no challenge!

I never expected to find a place like this in a small town like Melpignano, but I have to say the truth surprised me on every front. Let's start with the venue, very beautiful, elegant and welcoming atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, especially Margherita, who kindly served us every time with a smile. The food, let me preface that all the photos are of gluten-free dishes, so there's no need to say more other than that everything is delicious; I challenge you to go and distinguish gluten-free from non-gluten-free. Anyway, beyond that, the food is amazing, the flavors are genuine, and you can tell that every ingredient is fresh. Prices, I would say are excellent despite the high quality of the food. So if you've made it to this point in the review, it means you only have one thing left to do: book and go because you won't be disappointed. 5 stars and beyond 🌟

Had dinner last night after discovering the place on Instagram, I immediately wanted to try it to finally eat a good gluten-free pizza. And so it was. My husband and I had a gluten-free cuoppo, excellent. It didn't seem true that I could eat pittole and croquettes gluten-free that tasted normal. I had a gluten-free pizza temptations (definitely excellent) and my husband had a nonna Pina pizza with charcoal dough. Dessert: tiramisù for my husband and I had a pistachio dessert with a Nutella heart that was gluten-free. Everything was delicious, happy to have eaten a good gluten-free pizza that wasn't the usual ready-made base!!!! Really, congratulations!!! 💯💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Very good appetizers with truly unique choices... the pizzas are of quite high quality, and you can definitely sense the passion in both their composition and preparation... we will definitely return!!! The staff is truly professional and qualified, always up to the questions from the table, but what sets this pizzeria apart from most others is the ability to have a selection ranging from appetizers to pizzas, all gluten-free, as it's part of the AIC circuit... the celiac at the table appreciated everything she ate!!! We will definitely return to taste more specialties.
