Amazing orecchiette! We had smoked burratina as an appetizer and a local platter... capocollo from Martina Franca and puccia.... delightful! Very friendly and helpful waiters. Absolutely recommended!

Great orecchietteria in one of the characteristic alleys of Gallipoli, with a wide selection of orecchiette, varying both in dough and in toppings, which are very flavorful. The place also offers all the orecchiette and all the toppings gluten-free (like those in the photo below). The appetizers are also excellent, made with high-quality ingredients. Additionally, the restaurant also offers a small and delightful welcome dish. Highly recommended!!!
