La Fornarina in Tivoli offers a variety of options even for those looking for gluten-free solutions, including pinse similar to well-seasoned focaccias. The service is welcoming and the venue is a good choice for lunch and dinner.

good selection of appetizers (including very well-made fried dishes) and really tasty first courses. Unfortunately, we didn't try the pinsa, but the place and the attention to flavors are really high in a well-kept and elegant venue.

I had lunch (April 2026) with another person who ordered non-gluten-free food. Both pizzas were good, although they were more similar to flatbreads. In mine, they also accommodated my request for pizza with lactose-free mozzarella. If you are passing through Tivoli, it's a good option for lunch and dinner.

Not recommended for celiacs, or rather they do gluten-free but not pizza, only PINSA, which is essentially the same as focaccia with the only difference being that it is topped. Even the gluten-free supplì are not the best in taste, on top of the fact that it was served to me with mozzarella still frozen. As for the service, the girls are all nice.
