We stayed at this hotel for my daughter's birthday because of its proximity to various parks (Mirabilandia, Safari Zoo Ravenna, and Cattolica Aquarium)🎡 We had a wonderful time, very kind staff, the manager was always nice and friendly ☺️ The hotel has a nice play area for children, the rooms are clean and have a very comfortable terrace. The restaurant is well-stocked, especially for me since I'm also celiac, I was not lacking anything ♥️ We will gladly return, well done keep it up 💪🏻

We just spent a week in this hotel and I can only give positive feedback. Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent cuisine with great attention to celiacs, a quiet place for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation but especially super entertainment for kids and adults; Claudia, Anastasia, and Mike gave us carefree days full of fun at the mini club and various evening activities. A big thank you to Francesca for the welcome, always present and available.

Super satisfied with our stay at this family-run hotel: Great location just steps from the sea with bars and shops nearby. Clean and spacious room (the bathroom was a bit smaller), nice balcony overlooking the pine forest. Fantastic dining staff, kind and friendly as well as professional, special thanks to Giorgio, Fabio, and Simona who pampered us, always available with a quick joke. Good quality and variety of food with a great selection of first and second courses, buffet always available and never empty; gluten-free menu identical to the regular one, packaged products and tastings of fresh cakes available for breakfast. The bathroom 2000, included in the offer, offers a beautiful sandy beach and shallow sea, ideal for kids and mini club activities, with various games (ping-pong, beach volleyball, racquetball, bocce, futsal, basketball, and others) and the staff has always been kind and available. Lastly, a note of merit for the entertainment, wonderful and always active, heartfelt thanks to Federico, Denise, and Alice, three wonderful entertainers who made our days fun, interesting, and full of joy; our son (and us too) couldn’t wait for the mini club to start! Excellent quality/price ratio, recommended!

The structure is located a few meters from the beach, next to a beautiful pine forest, with comfortable rooms and a great panoramic pool. The village is small but very lively, and it's 5 km from Mirabilandia and Safari Zoo. Good cuisine is recommended for people with food intolerances. The owners, the serving staff, the cleaners, and the entertainers were super kind with any request. We found clean sea and a very spacious beach with basketball, volleyball, and beach tennis courts. I believe we will return next year. A hug and thank you for everything, Hotel Sorriso.

Great hotel for those with intolerance issues. They perfectly managed both celiac disease and lactose intolerance, and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable! For breakfast, they offer not only packaged gluten-free products but also fresh items. ALL the staff is friendly and helpful, and the entertainment is fantastic. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped to welcome both adults and children. The themed room is very nice and unique. For the first time, I found a child-sized balcony with a beautiful and safe railing! Surely, at Hotel Sorriso, they know how to pamper their guests. I recommend it and can't wait to return!
