delicious gelato, all cones are gluten-free, all flavors are gluten-free except for two. They were very careful when I told them I was celiac, and they used a different scoop for my flavors.

The ice cream maker is very nice and the ice cream is also one of the best for celiacs; moreover, they have gluten-free cones.
