Right in the center of Torre dell'Orso, we noticed this establishment while passing by, inspired to try the buns with octopus. It deserves 10 stars, even though there aren't many seats inside, but outside there are tables and also a huge TV for sports lovers. The kindness of those who served us, the owner of the place, is hard to describe with all the compliments, and also to those who, of course, are in the kitchen!!! The food is excellent, super quality, I must also mention that they are attentive to those with gluten intolerance. What can I say, it's a pity we can't return, but only because we've moved, being on vacation, to another place.

We dined two nights at this restaurant for the excellent quality of the GLUTEN-FREE dishes. I ordered gluten-free fries and a gluten-free sandwich with fried octopus, stracciatella cheese, and basil mayonnaise; I really loved it!! Well done, the flavors were perfectly combined! If we add the great kindness of the staff and their willingness to prepare take-away for our dinner during the flight back home... we can only give 5 stars! As I told the guys, the taste of their octopus was the last thing I wanted to remember from Puglia! Thank you very much for the attention you gave me.
