Great food in a welcoming environment. Traditional Umbrian cuisine that is not ordinary. Excellent bread and homemade pasta. Highly recommended for those with gluten intolerance and others.

Excellent experience. Last night, October 16, we stopped for dinner with 4 people. We found friendliness, typical Umbrian dishes, and excellent quality handmade pasta. One person was gluten intolerant and found excellent customized solutions, like gluten-free pasta and hot bread. Often, places have commercial pre-packaged solutions, but here there were valuable attentions for those with this need. We will return.

I discovered this restaurant by pure chance only because I am celiac, and here practically the whole menu can be made gluten-free: a marvel!!! The food is truly excellent, genuine, well-cared-for, and refined in its simplicity. Diego, the chef/manager, is a pleasant, kind, attentive person to the needs of the clients, and funny. Lastly, the tables set in the alleys of the castle... really add an extra touch!!! Highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs!!!
