The menu is a bit limited and the quality of the dishes was approximate (probably a bad day because even the "normal" dishes were not great). There were some oversights in the service.

Definitely an excellent experience. Being gluten intolerant, I found this AIC certified restaurant. The menu is adequately stocked with gluten-free and non-gluten-free options, where quality and flavor reign supreme. We had a gluten-free appetizer consisting of prosciutto, cheese, polenta, and grilled vegetables. My non-celiac girlfriend had the legume soup (which she said was very good). I had the wild boar with polenta, the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The wine, being a wine shop, was truly very good and at a great price (only 13 euros for a Montefalco DOC). Prices are absolutely appropriate for the quality received, and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff are indisputable. I recommend it to everyone, gluten-free and not.

Very limited gluten-free menu. Very slow and inconsistent service. Food quality was not excellent; one pasta dish was overcooked, another was served in a different format than requested without any notice of the change, and in addition, it was soaked in oil.
