The best in Salento!!!! My daughter, who is celiac, is super happy to have found the right place for pizzas, pucce, first courses, and a varied menu. Likewise, we parents are happy with the experience at Valentina's. Maximum kindness from the very first moment, thanks to the brown-haired girl and Rossella. Go guys, they deserve so much 🥰😍

Valentina is a nice person, attentive to details especially if you have gluten issues. The gluten-free pizza is exquisite, and it ranges from fish to meat without any problem. We will definitely return. Carmen and Roberto

Unbelievably great gluten-free pizza! Honestly, I had to ask to check if it’s actually gluten free. They have a super special homemade secret dough recipe which creates a tasty, crispy pizza dough. Incredible. When we arrived we were confused by the special location right next to a gas station, but we were pleasantly surprised. Thanks!

Don’t be fooled by the entrance of a gas station: in this small family-run restaurant, you will be welcomed, as we were, by friendly and kind owners, and above all, you will eat dishes made from fresh ingredients. We were there a couple of nights ago with the kids, and we had exquisite pizzas that were digestible and very tasty... different types of dough, expertly and thoroughly worked, will satisfy all tastes and needs. My gluten-free pizza and my wife’s whole grain one were on par with the others. We will definitely be going back soon, fully satisfied. Try it to believe it! And we are picky!
