What I discuss is the price: paying almost €8 for a slice of pizza and one of focaccia is really outrageous, something out of this world. This is not the only place for celiacs that I know, and I don’t remember seeing prices like this elsewhere. I believe that in addition to the food, they also charge for the area, which is definitely upscale, but this should not be a problem for the consumer.

truly excellent! I had a cream-filled croissant and my friend had one filled with white chocolate; she, who is not celiac, couldn't tell the difference. it's truly worth the stop, I took home a nice maritozzo 😍 the lady was really kind and welcoming. I will definitely return

Regarding the quality of the food, I have nothing to say; everything is very good and well-prepared. However, the prices are quite high compared to other gluten-free bakeries I have tried in the area and in other parts of Rome, which unfortunately doesn't encourage frequent visits.

Fantastic place for celiacs and those who want to eat gluten-free! Options also without lactose. Once I also booked a delivery and they were very kind (they waited for the late rider for half an hour beyond their closing time!). Thank goodness they are there!!

A fantastic experience, on Halloween I found the super crunchy themed pizza. I am truly scared by the goodness of the food and the staff. A small place but extremely well-stocked and comfortable!

Gluten-free delights for the palate of those with celiac disease... and not just them! Fresh and high-quality sweet and savory foods. Exquisite pizzas of various types, both pizza al pala and round, with a light and easy-to-digest dough. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. A very positive experience. Highly recommended.

I bought from them for my daughter's party because an invited child was severely lactose intolerant. Besides the savory and sweet food that was a great success, I would like to give positive feedback to the staff. They contacted me back explaining and asking me about the child, what he was allergic to, the severity, and they made me discover a world behind these allergies. Five stars in every aspect. The quality of the food is exceptional; you can't feel the difference at all compared to gluten products. The staff is kind and welcoming. It would be fantastic to have a store in Ostia to satisfy the craving for pizza by the slice more often.

If you want to eat a pizza that's even better than the traditional one, this is the right place, a boon for us who are celiac and lactose intolerant; the bread and desserts are excellent too. Not to mention the service, Paola and Céline are always courteous and helpful, going above and beyond. Absolutely recommended.

The place is beautiful. The food is good, but there is one big, huge problem: being celiac does not mean being rich. The prices at New Food are excessively high. Even my friends, when they organize something for me to eat, get the food here and are shocked by the price. I understand that in 2024 it's easy to say that the state does not help us and that gluten-free costs are high, but by doing so we are not improving anything and we are overcharging people who have a condition they did not choose to have.

There are no prices on the products, I took 2 sandwiches and 4 red pizzettes, and she wanted to charge me 9.20 euros. I then said she made a mistake, so I paid 6.20 euros. I asked for the price of the pizzettes and she replied that they are priced by weight... that evening I ordered a round takeaway pizza with white mushrooms and sausage, and when I got home, I realized it was a Margherita pizza... small price 10.0 euros... without WORDS!!!!!!!!
