We went on Saturday evening at 10:00 PM. Despite there being many diners, the service was prompt without long waits as is usually the case in other places. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise, which could be disturbing for those who want to spend a quiet evening: we were 7 at the table and "forced" to raise our voices to understand each other! The quality of the food was good; we ordered 2 portions of fries and 2 of fried calamari, a plate of porchetta and crostini, 7 pizzas, 8 sporcamuss, 6 draft beers, and 4 bottles of water. I recommend paying more attention to the shape of all the pizzas because mine turned out to be different from the other 6 of my friends. Prices are above average, with a lactose intolerance surcharge of 2 euros. The total bill was 180 euros; neither liqueurs nor coffee were offered.

About a year ago, I decided to try the pizza at Tandem based on local word of mouth, and so I did. Starting with the delivery service, the delivery drivers are the best around, and a special mention goes to Marco, the delivery man who is undoubtedly a pillar of the pizzeria. He is super serious and reliable, and the pizzas always arrive on time (often even early), hot, and with never a topping spilled or gooey mozzarella (thanks to delivery by car and not by scooter). Regarding the pizza, it's the best my palate has ever tasted in the last 20 years of my life: a super light dough, and even if you decide to get the Neapolitan dough, it won't make you feel heavy at all, thanks to the well-managed fermentation. The ingredients are top quality, with mozzarella available for those who are lactose intolerant. The sauce is not acidic, providing a perfect balance of flavors that fully complements all the other ingredients. The welcoming and spacious premises can become the venue for your future events such as birthdays and christenings. The staff at the table is friendly, quick, and helpful (especially Aldo). In short, there's no need to go on too long—it’s an experience that should be lived, not just read.
