We have been to this place several times with our family and each time we have had a wonderful experience! The menu is rich, with many tasty options for all palates, from the most traditional dishes to some more elaborate ones. One thing that impressed us (and keeps bringing us back) is their attention to gluten-free options: there is a proper section dedicated to it, with various and high-quality choices. My daughter is celiac, and here she has always been able to eat in total safety—never had a problem—and, importantly, with great taste! She felt pampered and finally free to choose from more dishes, something that doesn't happen often. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of those with intolerances. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a restaurant where people with celiac disease can eat peacefully and feel truly included.

We were with the family at Gorgo having met the owner, Serena, a cheerful, helpful, and very knowledgeable person. Surprise of surprises, they also served gluten-free options, so my partner and I (both celiacs) took advantage of it. Gorgo offers a truly rich and interesting GLUTEN FREE selection, from small calzones, to pinsa, to baguettes and much more. Highly recommended!

Refined locale in every detail, I personally appreciated the colors chosen to create the right atmosphere, intimate and sophisticated, but not too much, with some industrial-style hints. Vast menu, everything super fresh, as the dishes are strictly prepared on the same day (we literally lost our minds over the pistachio meatballs). Our attention focused on the PINSE (Roman, Bolognese, and Tyrolean). VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: with us was a person with lactose and gluten intolerance, who for the first time found such a wide range of options to dine with taste! Top-notch desserts! Highly recommended!!! We'll be back.
