Great experience, a lot of attention in managing the service for people with celiac disease. Wide choice of flavors both sweet and savory, combined with good taste. Highly recommended.

Double oven, they trained with Schar (whose flours they use). They are not AIC certified, but the preparation and attention is the same. Exceptional gluten-free pizzas, a vast selection (also available in tasting version and desserts!!!), very kind staff, even for takeout. Book in advance because it is always full!!! Highly recommended!

This is the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. 🍕 It’s an all-you-can-eat pizza place, but honestly, that’s not even the best part. What I loved most is being able to try many different kinds of pizza. I even tasted pizzas I would never normally order—and they were amazing, so I’m really grateful for that experience. That said, I think it might be better if the number of slices was limited (for example, to 12 pieces). All you can eat is really too much! :) They also offer gluten-free pizzas, where you can choose three different flavors, and then finish with a sweet pizza for dessert. Have you ever heard of a tiramisu pizza? Yes—this place has it, and it’s gluten-free too!

Delicious pizza, with dozens of varieties, including dozens of gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas. All delicious, with great beer on draft.

My favorite pizza rotation! On-site consumption exclusively includes the pizza rotation format. Different pizzas are brought out each time, featuring unique doughs (coffee, orange, fennel, chili, whole grain) and high-quality toppings (my favorites: porcini mushrooms with cream and parsley, buffalo pizza with anchovies, asparagus, and toma cheese, eggplant parmesan). If a pizza is not appealing, you can skip it and grab a slice on the next round. Of course, both the dough and toppings are always carefully balanced, from the most classic combinations to the more unusual ones. After finishing savory, you move on to the sweet pizza round, and the idea of pizzamisù (with a slice of cold pizza) is fun. The staff is always very kind and attentive; you can mention dietary preferences and intolerances to get pizzas that are as appetizing as possible.
