My absolute favorite pizzeria, not just in Faenza, beats many others at high levels. Friendly, available, welcoming, and professional staff. Everything is good, including desserts; for the first time, it feels like I'm eating from appetizer to digestif just as if I were in Naples. Fair prices for such a good pizzeria; perhaps only the desserts seem slightly expensive, but I understand that quality comes at a cost. We often come with a celiac person who has never experienced any problems at all, and we non-celiacs have also tasted her dishes, and there was absolutely no noticeable difference! Welcoming environment; I think you deserve a much larger pizzeria to accommodate more people because you would be highly capable of it! Well done, guys!

English tourists visiting, amazing restaurant. My girlfriend is coeliac and they have fresh homemade gluten free dough, with multiple other items on the menu gluten free. They made this experience amazing, as well as our friends birthday. Amazing family and gave us a taxi back to the villa after the meal. Thank you, amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for a place where the pizza is truly exceptional and, importantly, offers a gluten-free option that is second to none compared to the traditional one, then you absolutely must try this pizzeria. We were pleasantly surprised. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, ready to recommend and explain the various options on the menu. The quality of the ingredients was evident: fresh tomatoes, gooey mozzarella, and wonderfully fragrant basil. The dough, then, is nothing short of perfect: light, digestible, with a high and soft crust, just as Neapolitan tradition desires. But the real strong point, for me, was the gluten-free pizza. Usually, I’m always a bit apprehensive about trying it, but here I had to change my mind. The base was perfectly crispy and did not crumble, and the flavor was not

By far the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. The difference is made not only by the quality of the ingredients, but also by its digestibility. There are few other places, or perhaps none, where I can feel so safe and at the same time so satisfied. The montanarine are also highly recommended; one leads to another! Since I can't eat gluten, I've never tried their regular pizza, that is, the one with gluten, but my girlfriend has tried both and finds them both exceptional. A guarantee for everyone, including the service... keep it up, you are a certainty and a point of reference for every celiac!

The gluten-free pizza left me speechless, one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Just like the montanarine and the graffe. Everything was very good, both with and without gluten. On Sunday evening at a pizzeria. First time ever at Girasoli 🌻 by Batti. The place is located in a quiet residential area, a bit hidden but very close to Via delle Ceramiche. In front of the venue, there is a large and comfortable parking area. To reserve, I went directly through their website. Once the reservation is made, a confirmation will arrive via WhatsApp, and a few hours before dinner, another message will ask to confirm the reservation with a yes or no. The place is very nice, new, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is busy but always polite and smiling. The Neapolitan cuoppo is delicious, especially the frittatina di bucatini and montanarine. The pizzas are really good, tasty, and made with excellent ingredients. We ate really well. There is also a lot of attention to gluten intolerances, as in addition to the separate lab for food preparation, they serve the pizzas on plates of a different color and even the placemats on the table are a different color to avoid any mistakes. Well done! We will be back!

Pizza and fried foods are all available in gluten-free versions. The fried pizza (montanarine) is excellent with top-quality ingredients! Thin pizza with a thick crust, light dough. Super fast service. Gluten-free desserts are also available, but we didn't try them because we were too full. Very attentive to gluten-free needs, inform them upon arrival who orders gluten-free so you receive a blue placemat instead of a white one; the gluten-free plates are colored. Highly recommended place!

Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria in Faenza!🍕 We came here to try their gluten-free pizza offer and more.🍽 - The venue is fully equipped to handle gluten-free, with staff and a laboratory exclusively dedicated and separated from the rest of the pizzeria, including the oven and ingredients. - The gluten-free dough is something exceptional and incredibly soft. You can see that there is study and work behind it, as the pizzeria also participates in various category championships. - In addition to pizza, there are many other dishes in gluten-free versions, including fried items like arancini and croquettes, and desserts like cannoli and zeppole. - Prices are absolutely average and honest, perhaps even cheaper than other more renowned similar places. - The venue operates gluten-free activities in collaboration with AIC, adding value for all of us with celiac disease. - Customers requesting gluten-free food are served with dedicated placemats and dishes in blue color, to limit misunderstandings. - The service was excellent and super fast, as they brought us the pizzas in less than 10 minutes from ordering (around 19:15). - All the staff, including the owner, was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and never rude or unpleasant. - The venue is always full, especially on weekends, so the possibility of online booking with the choice of day and available times is very useful. - During the booking phase, it will be asked if celiac customers will be present. Excellent! - Possibility of takeout, paying by card, and using sanitary services. The venue has been completely renovated after the flood, and there is ample parking in front of the pizzeria. That said, whether you are celiac or not, you absolutely must come and try the pizza at Girasole!

I think saying this is the best pizza of my life is an understatement. I am celiac and have never eaten such a good pizza. The staff is no less, they are all super friendly and welcoming, it's always a pleasure to come back. Practically the entire menu can be made gluten-free. Even the only pizza marked with wheat can be ordered in advance or made without croquettes. Currently, once guests arrive, the placemat is changed from white to blue for those eating gluten-free to ensure maximum safety, and the dishes that arrive with gluten-free pizzas are different. Excellent quality, wide selection. Very accurate in managing gluten-free options. They also have really remarkable gluten-free Sicilian cannoli. It's the best pizza in the area, and among the best overall in my opinion! I always go back very gladly.

There is also a wide selection of hamburgers. The waiters are quick and polite. The pizza arrives 5 to 10 minutes after ordering at most. The fried foods are excellent and not heavy at all, with the option to ask for a "box" to take home any leftovers if you can't finish your pizza. Gluten-free pizza options available. Probably the best pizza in Faenza, especially the one with Neapolitan dough. The pizza hamburger is equally valid. The importance given to the area for celiacs is commendable. Batti's friendliness is also worth a visit.
