Informal venue near the center of Otranto with a wide gluten-free menu (puccia, fried foods, and desserts). Possibility to customize the puccia to your liking. My daughter had puccia, hamburger, stracciatella, and sundried tomatoes, and later, a Nutella crepe. Delicious! Staff are kind and helpful. Good quality also for the 'traditional' offerings, the only downside: slightly high prices. I recommend!

The owner was very kind and helpful. Negative: The place could use some renovations, the environment is a bit dated and not very bright. Prices are slightly high.

Octopus flatbread with turnip tops, a typical gluten-free dish, is incredibly good. The octopus was also tender. The owner is super friendly, and all the staff are down-to-earth, just the way I like them.

Good gluten-free puccia, wide selection. I also tried the rustic one and it was really good, crunchy, and the bechamel was amazing! The gentleman at the counter was really nice. Certified AIC establishment and they have a separate station for the gluten-free menu. Even my partner, who ate from the regular menu, really enjoyed the puccia!

Today we went to eat at this place, my partner and I. What can I say... We weren't impressed. The place is not great; we were convinced to order the fried seafood, which I obviously had gluten-free, and it was mediocre—not terrible, but not excellent either. The bill was steep: €32 for two portions of fried seafood and two bottles of water.

I went to Oasi della Pagnotta because I knew that the menu included gluten-free pucce. Unfortunately, when I was about to order, I was told that they had run out, as well as gluten-free bread. In the end, I ordered a rustic, a gluten-free calzone, and some fries. The rustic was soggy, with a chemical aftertaste; the calzone was decent and the fries too (which were supposed to cost €6, but the receipt showed €8). My non-celiac girlfriend ordered a savory crepe with prosciutto crudo. Unfortunately, the crepe was sweet and arrived at the table with a forty-minute delay. Not an optimal lunch. I rate it two stars instead of one because the owner was friendly and because I didn’t get the chance to try the pucce.

The food was not good and even my non-celiac friends felt nauseous by the end of the night. Poor service, they got the order wrong and my friends ate an hour later. The sandwiches were served without even a plastic plate. The price was very high compared to the quality of the food. The gluten-free puccia was just a plain soft sandwich. What a shame.

I left a piece of my heart there! The owner Giuseppe is an extraordinary person and his gluten-free pucce are unforgettable. Octopus, stracciatella, zucchini, and onions. Not to mention the treats after with limoncello and gluten-free sweets offered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great attention to gluten-free service. You can choose the puccia with additional ingredients/variants and both sweet and savory crepes. I had a very good experience, but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding; they hadn’t turned on the crepe plates at the time of the reservation and forgot to make the crepes for my daughters, who arrived 40 minutes after our meal. It's a pity about this, but a misunderstanding can happen in high season.. anyway, they are approved!
