I tried their gluten-free and deglutenized wheat brioche. Fantastic. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a rich apricot filling. Very fair price and impeccable product quality. Highly recommended.

I tasted their products at the fried pizza festival in San Mango Piemonte. The fried pizza was exquisite, not to mention the penguin churros, which were nothing short of delicious. If I find myself in the Salerno area, I would love to try more of their products.

A pastry shop rich in gluten-free artisanal products: cakes, fresh pastries (mini), and dry ones (cookies, etc.), croissants, brioche, zeppole (a type of donut), fresh pasta, bread, small pizzas, rustic pastries, etc. In short, everything you need. Note: pastries, cakes, and breakfast sweets are superb: brioche, croissants, and zeppole are outstanding. Highly recommended because the quality is undeniable, but above all, the pastry art applied to gluten-free means that those with celiac disease aren't discriminated against when eating foods with a "special" flavor. Personally (I am not celiac), I found IGLOO's products to be tastier than traditional ones made with flour! Try it to believe it, and you won’t regret it.

I discovered this store by chance and fortunately I must say. High-quality products at a fair price. The products, besides being delicious, are very similar to those with gluten; it seems there is no difference, so 10 stars, not 5. Cleanliness and courtesy distinguish this store. Janet and her collaborator Salvatore are very kind and courteous. Entering that store is like entering a home, except they are the ones cooking for you.

I had a preview taste of my friend Jannet's desserts. The quality and variety are truly excellent, the desserts are delicious and you wouldn't guess they are gluten-free and lactose-free. Certainly, the preparation technique and the quality of the raw materials affect the tastiness of the product. A must-try.

I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peek of some of the infinite 'Made in Jannet' products from the fantastic and always cheerful owner of IGLOO, and I can only say that I never would have thought that lactose-free, gluten-free, etc., products could please me so much that I would reevaluate the strange world of 'Without'. Thanks to Jannet, you don’t just taste 'Without' gluten products, but pure 'Essence'. Highly recommended!!!
