I tried Saltimbocca News and I was very satisfied with the experience. What I appreciated the most was certainly the possibility to choose from so many flavors, even in gluten-free versions: almost all saltimbocca can be prepared gluten-free. The selection is so wide that it almost becomes difficult to decide which to try, but it's definitely a positive 'problem'. The saltimbocca was very good; the only small note is that I found it slightly oily, although I think it’s a characteristic related to the gluten-free dough and not a real flaw. Having so much choice for those who are celiac is not taken for granted, especially when the quality of the product remains high. It's definitely a place I recommend and where I would gladly return.

Excellent at an honest price, and the gluten-free and lactose-free option was so good that I shared it with my non-celiac sister, considering that the portions are also generous. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding!

We returned tired and were looking for a place to eat. My friend and I found this hoping we could find something to eat. We found it and it was delicious. Thank you very much for being open even at 00:00. Ps. There is also a gluten-free option.
