Terrible experience. Ordered three pizzas with Deliveroo, one of which was gluten-free and lactose-free, and paid a lot for it. The courier brought me two pizzas, missing the most expensive one, gluten-free. I called the restaurant to understand and they told me that the pizza was left there and that it was the courier's fault for not checking, not theirs. They also told me that they cannot deliver it to my home and to file a complaint with Deliveroo. Terrible. The main fault lies with the restaurant that took the money and did not deliver all the goods, and then if you make a mistake, remedy it. You should bring it to my house somehow. You have lost a customer.

A pizzeria completely dedicated to gluten-free, like few in the area, which, according to them, "also makes pizzas with regular dough." From fried food to montanare, from focaccioni to desserts, everything is available for celiacs, always maintaining the necessary precautions. The goodness of the food further enhances the experience. We tried three different fried items, all handcrafted and strictly gluten-free: a crocchetta with cheese cream and fried bacon, a crocchetta with mortadella and pistachio cream, and a pasta frittata amatriciana, the latter particularly appreciated for its lightness and pleasant taste. As for the pizzas, there is an embarrassment of flavor choices. Celiacs can try various combinations of ingredients on a pizza, the dough of which, made by them, is truly excellent, as it is light, well-leavened, and not at all rubbery. It is also not taken for granted that the ingredients manage to stay well on each single slice while eating. We ordered the Carmine pizza, which recalls the flavor proposed by a historic pizzaiolo from Salerno, and two Capaccio pizzas with anchovies and zucchini flowers, perfect for the summer period. Notably, there is almost no difference between the gluten and gluten-free versions of this pizza. Finally, we decided to order the sweet focaccione, made up of many fried strips with Nutella and powdered sugar, a fresh white wine, and a limoncello offered by the house. The owner of the place was very friendly, kind, and helpful, providing useful advice several times regarding the choice of various dishes to structure the lunch. This pizzeria, with an excellent quality-price ratio, located in Torrione, a quiet area of Salerno with ample parking availability, was a pleasant revelation, so I highly recommend everyone, celiacs and non-celiacs, to try their dough and their light and exquisite fried food.

Great experience. We ordered a regular pizza and a gluten-free one, both delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful for any request, even unusual ones. The quality-price ratio is excellent and the place is just a few steps away from a large parking area. We will definitely return.

We went there on Saturday evening with my girlfriend and I must say we were really happy. I start by saying we made a reservation for 9:30 PM and as soon as we arrived, they were punctual for the table delivery. The service was really fast despite it being Saturday night, the room being full, and they were also very busy with takeout. The pizzas were delicious and so were the fried foods, especially the croquettes. The menu is completely gluten-free. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.
