Pizzeria in the center of Salerno, behind Piazza della Libertà. The menu looks good and changes with the seasonality of the ingredients. The fried items are good but nothing exceptional. As for the pizzas, the modern dough is soft and light. The baker sometimes leaves something to be desired because the cooking is not always correct (I've been there several times). The ingredients are definitely of good quality. Prices are definitely above the area's average. Gluten-free pizza and fried items are also available.

The best gluten-free pizza. It's really worth trying, excellent ingredients but nothing beats the dough. Light, digestible but above all delightful in flavor. From the photos, I challenge you to recognize the pizza with gluten-free dough. Truly welcoming staff: I rarely find someone who introduces themselves before serving at your table. I find human contact the detail that makes the real difference. The attention to detail at the table, in the drinks, and in the service encourages me to recommend it to everyone.
