For now, it’s the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had, hands down. The fried dishes are truly spectacular, as well as the sweet graffa, which is not easy to find. Try it, it’s well worth it!

Very easy to reach location, friendly and kind staff. Welcoming and clean venue. Prices are reasonable considering the good quality-price ratio. There is the possibility to order pizzas, pasta frittatas, mixed fried foods, desserts, and much more. I highly recommend it. Personal opinion: 5 stars!

First time at Aniello Mansi and what can I say, he fulfilled my desire to eat a top gluten-free pizza!❤️😋 (On the door of the place there was the AIC sticker). Soft dough and a crust that "makes noise," indicating a properly baked pizza. The dough was light and the ingredients were of high quality. As a starter, I had a gluten-free pasta frittata alla Nerano, and the flavor was unique and balanced, not heavy at all. For the pizza, I had a bufalina - served on a darker plate with the words "gluten-free" at the bottom. For dessert, surprisingly gluten-free (which I didn't expect) was a tiramisu made by them (I think based on how it was served) that had a spectacular flavor; the mascarpone cream was very good even being lactose-free. The bill: 2 pizzas, 2 frittatas, 2 desserts, cover, Coca-Cola, and water totaled €49 (half normal menu half gluten-free) which is a more or less fair price; it could be a few euros less, but considering the standard, it makes sense. In conclusion: we will definitely return to try other specialties from the menu like the Roman pinsa and the skillet.

On Saturday night, we went to Pizzeria Mansi for the first time and discovered that they make very good pizzas both with and without gluten. The flavors of each pizza were perfectly balanced and the ingredients incredibly fresh, very light, I would even say like a cloud, the tray pizza with 48 hours of leavening. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered us great advice. We felt very welcomed. The quality-price ratio was fair. The perfect end after the pizzas? A giant krapfen filled with pistachio cream!!!

Spacious locale with seating even outdoors. The starters with platters of cold cuts and cheeses are excellent. We also enjoyed the pizzas. There is a wide selection for those with gluten intolerance, and according to them, everything is very good. Friendly, attentive, and available service.

The paradise for celiacs!! You can eat everything, from fried dishes to calzones, of course all gluten-free! The place is very large, there's always space even if you haven't made a reservation. I have been there several times and I can confirm that the pizza is amazing, very soft, on par with a regular pizza. The staff is very friendly and the prices are absolutely average. My favorite pizza in Salerno!!

I went back there last night, I don’t remember how many times I’ve been! 😋 The pizzeria is very nice, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff, besides being helpful and knowing how to advise, is also very quick, so the wait doesn’t go beyond the normal. We only ordered pizza to enjoy it at its best, but the menu is really vast, from fried foods to desserts, nothing is missing, they satisfy every palate and all needs, offering gluten-free and lactose-free options. Excellent value for money, the raw materials are excellent and fresh. We will return, as always! 😜

Great experience: very beautiful place, outdoor and indoor tables, and we were with friends who are celiac but there was no problem because the pizzeria has a good selection of fried foods and desserts for them as well. The staff was polite, prices were fair and not prohibitive. I recommend the pasta frittata and the fried zucchini flower, really good!

A gluten-free pizza that has nothing to envy from those with gluten. Crazy, I've tried at least 20 before this wonder. And then gluten-free beer and sweets, a true oasis. And for those like me who are also lactose intolerant? No problem. There's something for everyone. In short, you can eat everything, you can be relaxed about the quality of the ingredients and customer care. It is really difficult to do more and better. Thank you!

Kind regards, but the fried food leaves much to be desired and the gluten-free pizza is not as excellent as advertised... Recently, the hygiene of the tables is also lacking... Scantecler does not sanitize and should be rinsed off.

Great pizzeria just a few minutes from the Pastena exit of the Salerno ring road. I had the chance to stay both inside and outside the establishment, which is very well arranged and complies with anti-COVID regulations. The staff is truly kind and hospitable, but above all, the pizza is excellent—light and soft in the Neapolitan style, but not with a high crust. The ingredients are of high quality, and the pizzas with burrata are spectacular in every sense. The fried dishes are good (especially the montanare). There are also gluten-free pizzas. Prices are normal. Given the crowd, making a reservation is highly recommended, even during the week.

We had a wonderful time both in terms of atmosphere and food. We had booked for 10, without specifying whether inside or outside. Upon arrival, on a rather cool evening with 4 small children, we asked to move inside. The staff made every effort to accommodate us indoors, setting up a room practically from scratch. We had excellent pizzas, two of which were gluten-free and really good, and finished the dinner with an excellent gluten-free tiramisù. In short, a wonderful evening, thanks to the great work of both the kitchen and the dining room. Highly recommended!

Great pizza, including the gluten-free option, and the fried food is truly exceptional. Perhaps the portions are a bit too generous. There is a vast selection of pizzas and fried items. Prices are on the higher side. Additionally, it feels a bit cramped when the place is full. Overall, however, recommended.

Very good pizza, with an incredible variety and the possibility of using different doughs. Excellent gluten-free pizza. The fried foods and desserts, both regular and gluten-free, are also great. The only drawback is the table position on the terrace, which is not ideal; in winter, the tent structure is not perfectly sealed and cold drafts occasionally come in.

Excellent pizzeria adjacent to the social center of Pastena in Salerno. Very easy to reach from the ring road and convenient for parking. Great dough and high-quality products used to fill the many varieties of pizzas! Aniello Mansi also offers pizzas for celiacs. Highly recommended!

Excellent quality pizza, special taste, and a variety of choices. Gluten-free option among the best in Salerno and Campania... modern, clean, and relaxing location. The only downside, if one must find a flaw, is the potato croquettes. Great but not up to the standard of the pizza and desserts. I would make it a bit more flavorful! Overall, very talented, highly recommended.

Great pizzeria both for the quality of the pizza and for the precision, speed, and professionalism of the service. There are artisanal pizzas with different types of flours and traditional pizzas with quality products listed on the menu. The gluten-free cuisine is really very good—it's hard to find a pizzeria in Salerno that can offer such quality. Good range of beer options as well. Modern and well-kept location with easy parking. Prices are average. I will definitely return.
