a true gluten-free restaurant with a completely gluten-free menu for appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and all first courses available in two versions, with and without gluten. The attention and courtesy of the owner are commendable!

Very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, 99% of the menu is completely accessible for celiacs. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Generous portions of excellent quality. Unmissable!

I have been to Barzac multiple times, both before and after it closed to revamp the space and the menu, and it is one of my favorite gluten-free restaurants. I have always been with people who eat gluten, and they have all been satisfied. Their dishes are a delight, and the service is always so kind and sweet that it makes you feel really good.

A nice, simple, and very friendly place. The owner is young, passionate, and very attentive to the guests. As for the dishes we tried, the cold cuts platter is very good, of the highest quality. Next, we ordered two different types of ravioli: gluten-free pumpkin and ricotta with spinach. Both were bland and therefore very neutral, without a 'wow' effect. After asking for salt, which was brought without checking if there were any issues, we brought this up with the waitress, who promptly replied that it's always better to add salt than to have them too salty. Given the not-so-economical price of the dish, I would have appreciated a different explanation and more attention to the issue raised. We then tried the cheesecake and the tiramisu. The cheesecake was good, but the citrus sauce was too acidic, bordering on inedible. For the tiramisu (gluten-free ladyfinger taken from the package and soaked in coffee at the moment, to which a good amount of excellent mascarpone cream and a dusting of cocoa on top is added), it lacks the resting phase, which is absolutely necessary for this dessert. Rating: neither praise nor blame. I believe the overall idea is good, and the very young staff is appreciated, but there is still much room for improvement, given the not-so-economical price.

A pleasant discovery! Dishes and wines of the Piacenza tradition. Everything is very good. Double menu, one with classic ingredients and the other entirely gluten-free, with many options. The place is small inside but welcoming and rustic. Excellent service, very kind staff.

Really a nice discovery. Central area, very welcoming place but above all many gluten-free dishes. Exceptional dish of Piacenza cold cuts + very tender black Angus steak. Therefore, food absolutely promoted. Fast and precise service. The owner and all the staff are very kind. Prices a bit high but very high quality of the products.

Excellent restaurant, the food is really good with well-prepared dishes rich in flavor. The place is small and cozy, so it's best to make a reservation and arrive on time. Many gluten-free options are available, perfect for those with intolerances. Highly recommended!

The BARZAC restaurant in Milan was a real discovery! I started with a platter of cured meats that immediately showcased the quality of local products, fresh and flavorful. For the first course, the handmade tortelli with ricotta and spinach in butter and sage were extraordinary: an explosion of authentic flavors, delicate yet intense, making the culinary experience truly special. The perfect conclusion? A tiramisu made to order, soft and delicious, that crowned an impeccable dinner. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food, and the warm welcome from the staff made everything even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the completely gluten-free menu, which offers a wide range of options for all tastes. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, the ideal place for a relaxing evening. Highly recommended!

My celiac wife asked me to take her here for our anniversary. There's not much to add... Excellent and refined food, very kind and knowledgeable staff. We had tagliatelle and agnolini in ragù, duck and ciambella. Everything was top-notch. Congratulations.

A small family-run place that offers fresh handmade pasta every day, including gluten-free options. Their specialty is stuffed pasta, but the menu also features various main courses. There are many gluten-free options even among appetizers and desserts! It is not AIC certified, but they are well aware of celiac disease and take care to avoid contamination by using different utensils and gloves, although the kitchen is unique! The gluten-free pasta is prepared and packaged in a dedicated laboratory. The pasta is really flavorful, the texture is perfect, and the filling is excellent!!

I was immediately struck by the grandeur of this restaurant, I walked in and felt at home thanks to the warm welcome from the staff and the aroma. The Valentine’s Day menu (modern) was truly of excellent quality, with fresh products beautifully presented. The wine is served in these bowls, as per Piacenza tradition, which essentially serve the same function as a glass – quite unique. The staff was very friendly and quick with the service. Of course, the entire menu is gluten-free. I will return next time to try the other dishes. I recommend it.
