We tried the sandwiches called "chipá", also known as "bono bread" and "cheese bread" in other parts of the world. We loved them. Delicious. We also ordered a toast with ham (made with artisanal rustic bread). We adored it. The rustic bread is a delight. Pau took wonderful care of us. Carlotes Café is a delight for those who suffer from gluten intolerance or celiac disease. We will return soon.

Very happy to be able to eat things that assure me are all 100% gluten-free and there is no cross-contamination! I ordered a white chocolate brownie and in a moment they warmed it up for me and it was delicious!!!!

Great place to find a different offering. All products are gluten-free and, although I am not celiac, I am aware of the benefits of a gluten-free diet. Highly recommended! I ordered a cappuccino and loved it. Honestly, I had not yet found a place in Valencia where the coffee wasn’t burnt, and here I found a place where I could drink coffee with complete confidence; it wasn’t burnt and had the actual flavor of cappuccino that I expected, which I hadn't experienced for a long time.

I ordered a cappuccino and I liked it a lot. Honestly, I had never found a place in Valencia where the coffee wasn’t burnt, and here I found a place where I could enjoy it safely. It wasn’t burnt, and it was really the taste of the cappuccino I had been waiting for and hadn’t tried in a long time.

New specialty coffee shop in the neighborhood, very welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Truly super good coffee and 100% GLUTEN-FREE artisanal pastries! Recommended!!!!!
