I ordered pizzas with some friends, one of which was lactose-free for my girlfriend. We explicitly asked multiple times to write "lactose-free" on the box so we could distinguish it among 20 pizzas, but this was not done. The pizza in question was a simple pizza and we would have been able to identify it easily since it was the only one with fries, but there were no fries. That said, I called the pizzeria to ask for explanations and how I should distinguish the lactose-free pizza among three margaritas given the lack of fries, and I was told that the pizza was marked with two black olives (a method that is not adequate at all when it comes to allergies and intolerances) and that the fries had simply been placed on another pizza. I was shocked by this response as it was illogical. Now I have to pay for a lactose-free pizza when I received a simple margarita that is impossible to distinguish unless I call the pizzeria afterwards. I'm sorry, but faced with such responses, I can only recommend against this pizzeria for those with intolerances and allergies until they start taking certain needs seriously. I add that a more careless allergic person could have easily died after an entire pizza. Certain things should not be taken lightly.

We ordered 5 pizzas, of which 2 were gluten-free, but mistakenly 3 were made. I have to say that if they hadn't told me it was gluten-free, I would never have realized it! All the glutenous pizzas were excellent and so were the gluten-free ones. We took them home; can you imagine if we had eaten them there straight out of the oven? I'm attaching a photo of the gluten-free sweet pizza; we didn't have time to photograph the others. Recommendation: The sweet pizza was great, but unfortunately we wanted it with Nutella, and it was with cream. Nonetheless, it was delicious.
