Non-certified gluten-free options but very careful about contamination with fried potatoes on the side and the possibility of having any sandwich in a gluten-free version! Great!

A location outside the historic center of Gallipoli with seating both outdoors and indoors. I called to make sure they offered gluten-free options since they are not AIC certified. They reassured me from the start about cross-contamination as well. The pub offers many options, but I chose a sandwich (puccia) with a hamburger. I could choose the meat from Angus, Chianina, and other breeds that I can't remember now. Served on a tray with plenty of skin-on fries. The fries are fried in a dedicated fryer and are all gluten-free. The sandwich was delicious, and the meat was spectacular. Gluten-free beer is available. Good price. I recommend it.
