We arrived slightly early. We had booked for 2:00 PM. As soon as we entered, they seated us. After a few minutes, they came to take our order. I ordered the hamburger with brisket, but they informed me that it was not possible because they had run out of it. (I assume given the time). I was a bit disappointed. They recommended the pulled pork. The sandwich itself is very good. The vegetables were very fresh and the meat was very juicy. For gluten-free, they offer a separate menu. The fries, although frozen, are very crispy. The prices are reasonable. I would gladly return to try the brisket. The bread has its own charm. The wait was about 15 minutes. For gluten-free, it takes them longer.
