At the moment, it is the best gluten-free pizza I have ever tried. You can choose between 2 different doughs, one completely made of rice, which for someone like me with IBS is a godsend! Friendly staff, quick in preparation, the only drawback is that it’s a bit pricey!

We went to this pizzeria with our cousins from Catania before leaving, and since my wife is celiac, we found this pizzeria on the AIC and I must say it was an excellent pizza, both gluten-free and with the traditional dough. Before the pizzas, the owner served us baked potatoes with a nice cheese drizzle that were very good. Nice place and attentive service to the customer. Compliments👏👏👏👏

A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA 20€ AND EXTREMELY POOR PROFESSIONALISM!!!! > Let me start by saying that having various businesses in the area for at least 30 years, my large family and I have been customers of this pizzeria for at least 15 years. The pizza has always stood out for its excellent quality of ingredients. Unfortunately, last night I had a bad experience that I will now recount: I ordered a takeout Isola pizza: cherry tomatoes, fiordilatte mozzarella, rucola, Prosciutto crudo, and flakes of grana (cost 11,00€ on the menu)... a delicious pizza, I must say!! Now, since my girlfriend is intolerant to lactose and gluten, I asked if I could make some changes to the pizza, namely if they could make the base gluten-free and the mozzarella lactose-free, and if they could kindly replace the prosciutto crudo with salmon, which has the same supplementary price on their menu. When I went to pick up the pizza, I was presented with a bill of 19,00€. Examining the receipt, I noticed that the salmon had been added as a supplement and not replaced (just like the lactose-free mozzarella). Now, since I always order the same pizza and the price has never been the same depending on who takes the order, I decided to ask for explanations regarding this. The one who presented himself as the manager explained that since he is someone who often visits restaurants, he assures me that by POLICY of all pizzerias in the world, when modifications are made to the pizza, supplements are not replaced but added. I then replied that I also often visit pizzerias and for work reasons, I frequently travel around Europe, in Italy very often I am forced to eat in restaurants, and honestly, I had never encountered a similar situation. He arrogantly continued to ask me for the NAMES of which restaurateurs practiced these so DIFFERENT POLICIES, almost treating me as inexperienced in the field. To tone down the situation, I very kindly asked him that having paid for the prosciutto crudo, I would like to have it separately and that this remains my right as a consumer. The manager refused to give me the prosciutto crudo telling me that I had already been given a discount of 1€ and that instead of 20€, it cost me 19€... I still paid 20€ and left the discount euro as a tip for the girl who had been kind and welcoming, in the tip container (not to mention the manager opened the tip in front of me and put the euro in the register). Now, what bothered me the most is not the exorbitant cost of a single pizza (without even a drink) because it is known that if you want quality, you pay for it, but it was the arrogance and lack of professionalism in his responses, making me feel almost wrong for my requests. Obviously, I will not return to this pizzeria where the customer has no rights and no attention; rather, they are treated as stupid and discredited. Sadly, I do not recommend my experience to anyone, because as a customer who pays 20 euros for a pizza, I would have desired professionalism and manners that were not found. P.S. Looking at the receipt after leaving the pizzeria with so much frustration, I also noticed that I was charged 1€ for home delivery when I instead picked it up on site and did not use any home delivery service. You decide :)

Unfortunately, I am forced to give a negative review of the place, even though the pizza (gluten-free, in particular) is very good: I ordered 5 pizzas, of which 4 were normal and one gluten-free, at 8 PM. The pizzas arrived at 10 PM and all were normal, meaning the gluten-free pizza never arrived. Therefore, the service is slow and poor. I don't think I will order from this pizzeria again, because this is not the first time it has happened.

I ordered three pizzas through the "Glovo" platform, one of which was gluten-free. I specified in the allergen notes the necessity and importance of gluten-free, as the girl is celiac. All three pizzas arrived, ALL WITH GLUTEN. I called the pizzeria, politely explaining the situation, and was told they would send a replacement pizza immediately. After 40 minutes of waiting, the courier arrived asking for payment for the pizza (which was already paid). I called the place back to ask for an explanation and was told that due to confusion and too many people in the restaurant, the allergy notes had not been read, and consequently, the mistake was mine because I was supposed to pay for the base. I pointed out that it would have been more correct to mention this from the outset and especially emphasized the importance of reading the notes, otherwise there would be no reason for them to exist. I ended the call very upset due to the rudeness and arrogance of my interlocutors, despite their actions indicating a clear LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
