The management is the same as the nearby Cube, which is an AIC certified restaurant, so this one is safe too. Very good food, small portions but reasonable prices, allowing you to try various dishes at a low cost.

Very good lunch in one of the central squares of Chieri. I ate with the 18 euro formula: the half portion of veal with tuna sauce was very good and abundant, the potato was also good but after a while became a bit heavy. The menu has many gluten-free alternatives. The staff is very nice and the service is fast.

We went to Format Bistrot for a family lunch. The place is very well-kept and the staff is kind and attentive. The portions are generous and everything we chose was tasty. There are also many gluten-free options. The prices are reasonable. Recommended!!

Everything was very good, excellent service. They are very knowledgeable and almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free. Even the wine, recommended by them, was good. I will return to try the pasta made by them.

Portions may not be particularly abundant, but the first course and stuffed potato were good. The gluten-free tiramisu didn't impress me much. The prices are reasonable for now, the staff is courteous, and the place is quiet (there's an inner courtyard) near Pizza Cavour in the center of Chieri.
