The 'Freedom Lounge Bakery gluten free' is an authentic paradise for celiacs in Turin, with a wide assortment of sweet and savory gluten-free delights. Completely gluten-free. Fantastic desserts, unfortunately, I could not try the savory part but everything looked super inviting. A lot of variety, available sandwiches, toast, croissants, brioches, cookies (also pre-packaged), cakes, single portions, and I also bought their mini colomba that is gluten-free and lactose-free.

Highly recommended for both gluten-free options and lactose intolerance. Everything was very good. Very polite and organized; despite the small space, we managed to have a complete meal with delicious pizzas and focaccias. We will be back soon!

Disorganization, slowness, and lack of professionalism. I arrived at the store to pick up the order I had placed only to find out that it had never been noted (without my knowing) because the girl forgot to call to inform me that what I had ordered was actually not available. So do they take orders before making sure everything is in order? That's not how you work.

At 11 in the morning, I decide to go for breakfast before a visit; I wish I hadn’t. Besides the rude girl who left much to be desired, I received an inedible empty croissant, hard as marble as if it had been there for 10 days. Plus, after ordering a regular cappuccino, I received a soy cappuccino. The guy asked me if I had ordered it, but I replied no, thinking they were bringing me my cappuccino. I waited, and waited, and waited until they confirmed that the cappuccino was indeed normal. I tasted it, and of course, it was soy. If I had liked it, I would have drunk it without issues, but since it wasn’t to my taste, I left it there. I went to the counter asking for a bag to take the croissant away; the girl responded annoyed with a “wait,” and the guy, seeing the embarrassing situation, handed me the bag. I paid and mentioned that I had left the cappuccino untouched because it wasn’t what I had ordered. The very kind guy apologized and made me pay only for the croissant. Obviously, it’s not the €1.50 for the cappuccino that would change my life, but at least recognizing the error and apologizing would help. I would review the manners and the staff, because as beautiful as the place might be, it loses a lot with the rudeness of your employees.

I am always a guarantee!

For me, Freedom is a point of reference and meeting. They have excellent gluten-free products. Certainly among the best in Turin and its surroundings. I often ate at the port and sometimes took take-away. The place is a bit small. South Turin lacks gluten-free locations of the level of Freedom. I have a suggestion: Haven't you considered a third location near Vinovo or Moncalieri?
5
I've been going there for many years and everything is always delicious!
5
I have been there several times with some of my colleagues who are celiac and lactose intolerant! We found it wonderful! The food is delicious, you can't tell the difference when it's gluten-free! The staff is friendly and welcoming ❤️
4
maximum security, the bread is not the best though
5
100% gluten-free safety. Excellent food and very friendly service! Will definitely return 😊

Welcoming and clean place, friendly staff. Sale of gluten-free products both for takeaway and for consumption on-site, for both breakfast and lunch.
5
We had gluten-free breakfast there and it was really delicious!! We ate chocolate and pistacchio bignè, but also focaccia and everything was perfect! 🤩
5
Really delicious products, both sweet and savory, and all gluten-free! Very kind and available staff. Highly recommended :)
5
freedom is a guarantee! I've never had croissants this good! The slice pizzas are also exquisite!
5
A small but delightful and clean place. Kindness, courtesy, and a smile even at the end of the day are qualities that do not go unnoticed! The pastries are good and the cappuccino is made with love! Highly recommended.
5
Everything exceptional from breakfast to aperitifs. I highly recommend it!!!

I went for a snack at this cafe yesterday afternoon and it fully made its way into my favorites! The waitress was very kind and was able to advise me on desserts both gluten-free and lactose-free. I tried 3 cream puffs and 1 fruit tart, as well as a refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Everything was truly exceptional!
5
Gluten free paradise. Staff is very friendly.
5
Welcoming local place. Wide selection of savory and sweet products. Everything is gluten-free, and they are so good that you hardly notice if you didn't know. A large percentage of products are also lactose-free. It really satisfies everyone, thank you!
5
There’s nothing to complain about, the gluten-free products are top! I’ve never eaten a croissant so good without gluten! And the focaccias and sandwiches are perfect! The meal is perfect, not too hard and not too dry. You can't even tell the cookies are gluten-free, nor the ice cream cakes and others. The cappuccino with plant-based milk is perfect and we will gladly return.

Nice discovery of a pastry shop entirely for celiacs near home. The brioches weren’t for me but for some colleagues, so I asked for a tray: impossible to have it for less than 6 pieces (first annoyed expression on the faces of the two guys). I then asked to have two bags to avoid all the fillings sticking together (second annoyed expression within 40 seconds). The chocolate croissant was still cooling down; I asked if it was possible to transport it in the bag, and they said, "Yes, no problem, just be careful when eating it," so I took it. I asked for a plastic bag (third annoyed expression). I paid over €9 for 4 croissants. I got to the car: the chocolate from the warm brioche had flooded the whole bag and stained all the other brioches. Now: for €9, was it too much effort to put them on a tray? Or to advise me not to carry the warm brioche? Of course, I went back to have them changed (yet another annoyed face). In conclusion: nice idea, but a bit of courtesy at 8:10 in the morning wouldn't hurt! I'll return to change my mind (I hope).

Incredible little place! Just a stone's throw from the stadium, great for genuine breakfasts and lunches. They have a wide variety of products ranging from sweet to savory, all delicious by the way. The bread is excellent, the pastries too, not to mention the dough for the focaccia and pizza, practically perfect! The staff is friendly and available, very knowledgeable on the coffee front as well. (I REMEMBER THAT THEY ONLY TALK ABOUT GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS OF THEIR OWN PRODUCTION) Prices may be high but what do you want, quality comes at a price.
5
I had a very good breakfast, and on another occasion I bought a birthday cake (it cost as much as a cake from Iginio Massari 😅). But everything was very delicious and extremely safe.
3
A fairly wide gluten-free choice between sweet and savory! They have another pastry shop downtown, but I preferred this one even though I found it a bit too small and crowded. The staff is available and kind.
5
excellent quality products. Courteous and always available staff. Selected flours that justify the "high" price
5
The bread is very good, perhaps a bit expensive. Also bought a dessert (a gianduja cake and coffee) very good! Recommended!

I was just passing by and chose this place after reading the reviews, and I must say that everything I ate was really exquisite. The tavern is small but welcoming, and the staff is very kind. I also took away some slices of pizza, focaccia filled with sausage, potatoes, and mozzarella, focaccia with onion, and a pastry with mixed berries! Recommended for anyone like me who wants to enjoy tasty gluten-free food 😉

Been in Europe a week and just got blown away by 2 things here: the capacino and the quality/taste of the gf croissant. Brought my girlfriend here as she’s gluten free and we were both very happy we came! Parking in this area is pretty busy but not too bad.
5
The place exclusively offers gluten-free products, ranging from sweet to savory. Both the pastries and the pizza are excellent. Fair prices.
5
One of the few gluten-free paradises in Turin. A safe haven for us celiacs, an excellent solution for breakfasts, lunches, and aperitifs. Besides the location on Via Filadelfia, I also mention the one in the city center, on Via dell’Arcivescovado.
4
exceptional pastry appreciated even by non-celiacs, soft and tasty pizza
5
everything gluten-free!! from sweet to savory, from sandwiches to individual portions of cake, wonderful breakfast with a wide choice, excellent fresh pastries!!
5
really excellent products!! and a wide choice between sweet and savory
5
Friendly staff and their products are the best!!! From sweet to savory, everything is excellent!!!
5
Very good, lots of choices and high quality, excellent service, more than fair price, congratulations

One of the most well-known places for celiacs (and non) in Turin. There’s no need to say that safety is guaranteed. Sweet and savory, including bread (better if pre-ordered). Breakfast but also local or takeaway aperitif. Good quality of pastries and baked goods, focaccia and savory items are also decent. Very kind and helpful staff.
5
Every product is a delicacy! It’s a dream to have it near home! Delicious gluten-free products at a reasonable price. Courteous staff.
5
The paradise of gluten-free, both sweet and savory. Wide assortment, delicious products, and very courteous staff.
5
my favorite bar since it opened. Variety of products, expertise, and hospitality are a must; the quality of the products is very high, and the prices are really great.
5
I had bread and Nutella prepared for my daughter's birthday party, I must say it was very good, and especially I was impressed by the kindness of the staff.
5
Every time I go to them, it costs at least 30 euros, just because I like everything they do.
5
All products in this bar are gluten-free. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. Highly recommended 😊. Venue affiliated with AIC.
5
I should mention that my daughter is celiac; we entered convinced that they would have the usual packaged items, but instead, they have everything from bread to every kind of sweets, fantastic... and then everything is delicious. I highly recommend it.
5
Unfortunately, it's not very convenient for me, but when I'm in the Santa Rita area, I never miss it. Very good.
5
The coffee is good
5
Local place with only very good gluten-free products, attentive and friendly service.
5
I went there this morning. I would have bought the membership fees with all the goodness that was there, not to mention the explosion of scents, but I held back and got 2 croissants. Superlative, that's the adapted adjective. Flaky like those with gluten and super tasty!!!! I will definitely return to try other things.
5
We have been visiting this place for years for lunches, snacks, and for cakes on reservation for birthdays. Kindness, politeness, professionalism, excellent products. In Turin, it is definitely our favorite gluten-free spot!!!

I went several times to this bakery because my partner is celiac! The brioches they have are really delicious, just like the muffins and all the pastries! They also have a lot of savory options! It’s just a pity about their attitude towards customers! We went on Sunday morning and since the place is a bit small, it seemed full! But there were three of us with other customers waiting to be served in front of the display case, and we stood there for at least 10 minutes without anyone asking us anything! In the end, we left quite annoyed... good products but very slow!!

A paradise for celiacs and non-celiacs alike... I have become a loyal customer since I married a celiac, and to be honest, I hardly notice the difference in many sweet products even though I'm not one. I have a preference for sweet goods, such as cakes and pastries (34 euros per kilo) which are truly incomparable. My husband also enjoys the focaccias, savory pies, pizzas, and croissants that he rushes to buy whenever work allows. For us, this place has become our little treat. Lastly, but importantly, the staff are youthful, incredibly kind, helpful, cheerful, and generous; they never make you feel guilty for entering 5 seconds before closing or while they're busy cleaning, always ready to round down prices for the benefit of the customer. I know it’s not much, but to me, it’s a way I really appreciate to keep customers loyal. Well done!

Great place, café, pastry shop, we had an aperitif. Excellent pizzettes, we also tasted the pastries. Everything was good. Courteous staff. We will definitely come back as soon as we're in the area.

As the son and brother of two people with celiac disease, I am often a customer there and have not yet found such good gluten-free products, both sweet and savory. The location is elegant but also great for informal aperitifs. Recommended for everyone, not just for celiacs. The staff is very informed and they are very attentive to other food intolerances as well.
5
I bought gluten-free pastries and two loaves of bread for my brother and sister on Sunday; they really appreciated the quality of the product.
5
What can I say..... a paradise for us celiacs!!! Croissants never tasted so good, pizza and focaccia excellent, and very good bread. Congratulations!!! Must try.
5
A venue entirely dedicated to gluten-free products, featuring pastries, bread, small pizzas, cakes, and warm croissants. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. Prices are above average but not excessive for being completely gluten-free.

Both the owners and the bartender (they are family: mother, father, children, in-laws, etc.) ... are not polite at all. Let me explain better .. They are not able to make you feel comfortable. They watch you closely and scrutinize you. They pay a lot of attention to the people who go to their bar. They make false smiles and pretend to be nice. Personally, I don’t like this attitude. Obviously, reading this, they will think "With all the people who come to us, do you know how much we care about this review?" And I know... But it's not really like that. Anyway, aside from this discomfort... I wanted to say that it's very expensive for what is offered. And the service is slow. Well, goodbye for good.

Very beautiful place, friendly and courteous staff. Cappuccino, pastries, and bread are excellent. Last but not least... The Topolino cookie!!! 🙂
5
This place is amazing, we came here 3 out of our 4 days in Turin for breakfast (it was closed one day). Best bread and mini pizza I have ever had (I used to eat gluten and have had some pretty amazing bread).
5
The paradise for celiacs. Delicious sweets, many varieties, excellent quality, and reasonable prices. The staff is kind and welcoming. My little one would have bought the entire store 😊 We tried the pastries and mini cakes. A fairy tale for all palates... we will be back very soon to taste the other delights.

Good range of high quality sweets, cakes, coffees and foods, with friendly service. I will certainly return when in the area.
