Difficult review: we ordered a regular pizza and a gluten-free one, and I must say, you could tell that the ingredients used (flour, tomato, cheese, and ham) were of the highest quality (which justifies the slightly high prices, like the margherita at 6.50 euros). Unfortunately, despite the excellence of the raw materials, both pizzas were not satisfactory, especially the gluten-free one, whose dough remained too wet from the tomato sauce and therefore turned out undercooked and chewy; I had to leave it. I'm sorry, maybe it was a one-time issue, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Al Mulino is a small restaurant but full of surprises. The menu is very curious and varied. I won't deny that I would have ordered a hamburger or even a nice pasta dish. The combinations are interesting and anything but trivial. You can immediately see from the menu the integrity and desire to do well with special pizza doughs, but above all a surprising gluten-free dough that is not only homemade but also delicious. A gourmet alternative for celiacs in constant search of a pizza that is simply edible, but here we truly enjoyed it. The pizza definitely deserves a taste here. Whether it's with activated charcoal dough, gluten-free cereals, etc., all the ingredients are of excellent quality, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The marinara 2.0 is an apparently simple pizza but with a roundness and incredible taste; I really appreciated it. The other pizzas on our table all had burrata, a huge delicious burrata for the reasonable price of €13 per pizza, same for the very good pesto drops. Unfortunately, we had some misunderstandings and difficulties with the service, which can obviously happen to anyone. One piece of advice I feel like giving is to avoid showing nervousness or tension (whether in the kitchen or in the dining area) in order not to put the customer at ease. Amazing doughs, good pizzas and hamburgers, excellent quality-price ratio, absolutely worth trying.
