They have products from a local laboratory, containers that are probably heated in the microwave since when they bring it to you, it’s burning hot and soggy (it should be fragrant and crispy). You can’t present a dish like this. I wonder what would happen if a gluten-containing dish were presented in that way…

great attention to contamination! heated box in a separate oven of course :) They are not made by them but by an external supplier, but that doesn't mean they aren't good. You can definitely tell that the product is fresh!

It's the place where I had the absolute best cassone. It arrives super hot, so be patient eating it or you won't taste the flavors for a while. Amarcord beer on tap (it's the local beer but unfortunately not found everywhere...and it's our favorite). Very reasonable prices, especially for being in downtown Rimini, it's almost considered cheap. An infinite variety of flavors and options for gluten-free or vegan for the more adventurous (considering that the dough with lard is mandatory for piadina or cassone, everything else is fluff). The staff is super kind, lovely girls, and very helpful. It will be a fixed reference point. Thank you Bello Garno!
