We entered yesterday but didn't get a seat on the third attempt: always full, they don't accept reservations and the only phrase I heard was "Give me five minutes." Nothing, we didn't wait. Moreover, they didn't have gluten-free cookies, I was told they had run out and it was 3:00 PM. What a shame. The place is enchanting; if I were them, I would take reservations and keep a stock of gluten-free cookies or packaged snacks.
