We booked via email specifying my intolerance to gluten and lactose. Once we arrived, I could only order the cold cuts platter without being able to accompany it with anything because they didn't have bread or any dessert that I could try. The waiter, very kind, sincerely expressed his regret over the situation.

Great place for typical Trentino cuisine. Gluten free? Yes! I've eaten there several times, often with my mom who is also celiac. Risk of contamination? Almost zero, I had no problems at all. THE IMPORTANT THING is to inform the owners and staff about your intolerance! The last time I ate there, the owner came out to reassure me about contamination, explaining to me perfectly what I could or couldn’t eat and changing some dishes from the menu on the spot to make them completely gluten-free. Additionally, I was told that many celiacs from the city have eaten there without any problems! I recommend it, super reasonable prices, high-quality food, friendly staff, welcoming place!!! Ps. The menu also includes already gluten-free dishes, such as the beer chicken (gluten-free).

We stopped in Trento to show the city to the kids after a few days in the snow. The kids found this restaurant by chance on the internet. We hadn't booked a table, but the guy who welcomed us was immediately very kind and took us to our table, giving us the menus. While they were choosing, he would stop the dishes meant for other tables in front of ours, letting us see them and explaining everything. Fantastic! He gave us the opportunity to choose at our leisure and thus helped us decide live on the best dish for us, along with the perfect beer pairing. At the end of the meal, he gifted the kids a treat. Rating for everything... 1000! If we return to Trento, we will definitely go back there.

The best! I visited this typical restaurant in the center of Trento which was really good. Being celiac, the waiter informed me that since they do not have two separate kitchens, he could not guarantee non-contamination. So he recommended a deconstructed sandwich without bread (photo), which was really very good. The meat is extremely tender and you can really taste the quality. The staff is exceptional, the waiter who took the orders was very kind and, above all, very, very precise. I highly recommend it if you want to eat top-quality meat.
