Certified AIC! The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. I seriously struggled to believe it was gluten-free; I had to ask for confirmation before cutting it! Incredible. Super attentive and knowledgeable staff, very kind and welcoming. You won't go wrong choosing them.

I celebrated my graduation here with my family and we had a really great time. They seated us at a lovely round table and I tried a truly excellent gluten-free pizza, made with quality dough prepared by them. Highly recommended!

Great pizzeria, on our way home to Pinerolo we stopped for dinner, and we were welcomed with kindness and availability even though we hadn't made a reservation. I chose a gluten-free pizza, which was truly excellent, with eggplant cream, my wife had the chiacchiere with raw ham, everything was great, we will definitely return. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Modern environment and very kind and helpful staff. Unconventional pizza (Neapolitan) but almost "pinsa" (a bit too much semolina flour in the dough). The toppings were good. I tried one pizza for celiacs, which was perhaps a bit undercooked. The beer and desserts were good.
