Known thanks to The Fork among places with gluten-free options, it was nice to discover that here there are not only options, but they can exceptional re-adapt the entire menu in a gluten-free version with their own delicious fresh bread/focaccia and pasta, prepared with care. Hats off to the whole kitchen staff and the owner for their sensitivity towards those with celiac disease who have to eat gluten-free by necessity, not by choice. Everything we ate was very good, great quality of the raw materials in every dish. The small entrée offered was very appreciated. The new place is well-kept in details, elegant without being pretentious, and very clean. Courteous, attentive, and available service. A place to try and try again!

I join the positive reviews; I had the opportunity to eat gluten-free handmade pasta, and without exaggerating, the gluten-free focaccia they serve as bread was praised even by those who have no gluten issues! Congratulations, and I can't wait to return.

A wonderfully positive experience in this restaurant where there is great attention to all customer needs, both dietary and non. Excellent food, almost the entire menu is available gluten-free, the combinations are original and refined, the plating is elegant and the quality of the ingredients is high. The price is more than fair for the product offered. The location is simple yet elegant at the same time. It was our first time in Città di Castello, wandering without a precise goal we found ourselves in this little alley, slightly removed from the vibrant chaos of the center, and we thought this was exactly the place we were looking for. Special appreciation goes to Matteo, who with class, kindness, a discreet presence, and right advice impeccably managed our requests as well as those of all the other customers on a day with quite a significant influx. If I had tried to find a flaw, I wouldn't have succeeded. Congratulations 😊

A minimal yet curated and intimate decor, the service is very helpful and highly knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The choice of raw materials is of excellent quality, and the attention to detail in the dishes is perfect. The first courses are handmade (the cappellacci in the photo are GF), and the bread is also gluten-free. The gluten-free bread is delicious, coming from someone who can eat gluten. Highly recommended! Price is perfectly average!

Great discovery, new restaurant in Città di Castello that I recommend 100%. Sophisticated, tasty dishes at a very honest price given the quality and the beautiful presentation of the dishes. The interior of the place is very nice and well-kept. I also thank the staff who were very attentive, kind, and friendly. Moreover, they make all their dishes gluten-free. Wide selection of wines by the glass.

Great! Matteo and Zeni welcomed us in a simple yet wonderful way! I asked to have Gluten Free options and... what a surprise! Every dish had its homemade Gluten Free version. Bravo! I was able to eat with my friend without feeling "different", finally! And they patiently advised us on the wines too.... Excellent experience, truly! The food was well prepared, beautifully plated, and well served. I repeat: excellent experience.
