Chosen at random, we were very satisfied. Few dishes but of high quality. The raw materials come from their own farm or nearby farms. I had eggs with truffle shavings on a cream of pecorino, sautéed mushrooms, and gluten-free semifreddo. They served me the gluten-free sandwich warmed up 🤩 this courtesy is a rarity. Top class.
