I can only tell you that while I was eating the pizza, I was wondering if it was really gluten-free because it was so good and with an exceptional dough. You only realize it's gluten-free when you see the others. I highly recommend it.

Amazing pizzeria. The gluten-free pizza is truly excellent. I didn't notice any difference with the dough of traditional pizza. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, welcoming venue, also has a summer outdoor area. If you are in the Venaria area and don’t know where to have dinner, I highly recommend La Smorfia. I have no regrets at all, in fact, I will definitely return. Venue affiliated with AIC. I recommend making a reservation. 5 stars, not one less.
