Refined place with really polite staff. The pizza is really good even though there isn't much choice. Worth trying.

Pizza quite good for being gluten-free. They are attentive and kind.

Gluten-free pizza is very good, just like tiramisu. AIC compliant venue, nothing to complain about.

The gluten-free pizza is excellent, although the choice is not wide (about 7 pizzas). The staff is courteous and attentive. Recommended!

Guys, what a pizza! High crust, very easy to digest, and beautiful to look at! I couldn't help but compliment the pizzaiolo. In my opinion, the best pizza in Milan.

Delicious pizza, both regular and gluten-free! We were served by Donato, who was super nice, kind, and precise. The place is very beautiful and intimate. Highly recommended!!

We came specifically to try the pizza in the pan! Very good, soft gluten-free dough with a crunchy base! The pizza with multigrain dough (with gluten) was also appreciated. Prices are a bit higher than average, but the place is nice and the staff is friendly. Recommended!

I recently visited Biga in Milan, in the lively Isola neighborhood, and overall the experience was pleasant, although with some reservations. The staff is one of the real strengths: welcoming, smiling, and always ready to accommodate every request, even the most specific ones. A service that immediately makes you feel at ease and creates a very hospitable atmosphere. The appetizer truly deserves special mention: a mix of crunchy and light fried items, fresh products carefully selected. The choice of vegetarian and gluten-free options is also excellent, showing attention to all dietary needs. Moving on to the pizza, the ingredients used are definitely of high quality, but unfortunately, the dough didn't fully convince me. In my personal taste, I found it too chewy, with a texture that made chewing less enjoyable, despite the inviting appearance. In summary, Biga is a venue that shines for its hospitality and care in the side dishes, but when it comes to the pizza, it may not suit those seeking a lighter or crunchier dough. Nonetheless, it remains a good place for an evening with company, especially if one appreciates the variety and quality of the appetizers.

A few days ago we tried this pizzeria for the first time, since we had a gluten-intolerant guest with us. Great pizza, we tried all of them from the Wheel of Cart to the small pan style, and we were very satisfied. The gluten-intolerant person was a bit less satisfied, as the pizza flavors were limited, with no possibility to make any variations in the ingredients and dough, saying: "nothing special."

Very well-kept pizzeria in the Isola district of Milan. Beautiful location and a quiet atmosphere. Service was, in my opinion, a bit inattentive and the waiters were not quite up to par. The pizzas, according to my dining companions, are very good, with high-quality ingredients, both the classic and the contemporary ones. Just looking at them made my mouth water. Unfortunately, I am gluten intolerant and could not say the same. This time, I feel like I need to make a separate comment about my pizza. I must say I was excited to have the opportunity to eat gluten-free, which is unfortunately not yet a given. However, I must say there are still a few things to review. The pizza was small, the dough heavy, in some parts very thick and completely unappealing. Another negative point is the limited choice: only 5 gluten-free "flavors," very specific or banal, like the margherita, and moreover, not customizable. I asked if the cooked ham could be replaced with raw ham (present on the menu) and I was given a flat no, with no explanation. I understand there might be contamination issues involved, but I would allow for more choices, to make the customer more satisfied. Considering the final price, if I had to choose based on the gluten-free options, I don't think I would go back.

A really great pizzeria where quality ingredients are used. There are also gluten-free pizzas. I finally found a tasty and crispy gluten-free pizza. The Neapolitan pastiera is also highly recommended -- light and fresh. The staff is very welcoming and well-managed by the director Antonio. Congratulations!
