Here you can find everything gluten-free. Usually, the owner works on order, but if you arrive like me without notice for breakfast, you can still enjoy excellent croissants that the owner will fill to your liking (ricotta, cream, Nutella). On this occasion, I also took away some dunking biscuits. All handmade. Excellent, I'd say!

The owner Carmelo has always been available to meet our dietary needs, creating ad hoc products that we require (gluten-free, nut-free) without purchase quantity constraints. The Turkish flatbreads, breadsticks, bread, biscuits, cakes, and pastries in general are excellent. Recommended!!

We came here because I am celiac and I really wanted to taste the Sicilian delicacies from the area of Ragusa and Modica. The owner is a wonderful person and informed us well about what we were consuming. I was able to eat the freshly baked scaccia, nucatoli, pastieri, casatelle, rum chocolate, and mpanatigghi. Top service, very high quality! Gluten-free for celiacs for everyone!

Gluten-free cake for my daughter's baptism, extremely delicious for both… discovered just over 3 months ago. The taste expectations and especially the kindness and professionalism of the owner who helps you choose in detail go beyond 5 stars… I will definitely return to try many other gluten-free specialties.

It's a shame that it is located in such a reserved area. The owner is young, kind, and knowledgeable. He is attentive to find the right balance between foods dedicated to those with intolerances (gluten/lactose), tradition, and above all, flavor. Especially in Modica, as a tourist city, every restaurant or rotisserie activity should give space to this young entrepreneur, perhaps by showcasing a fridge dedicated to gluten-free products in their shops. And what better way than to give space to a "colleague" capable of preparing "gluten-free" dishes? We happened to visit several rotisseries in Modica and found nothing for celiacs. It still isn't understood that often a "no" to a celiac ("there's nothing for you, we're sorry...") means moving an entire group. I wish this young entrepreneur lots of luck! And thank you from the heart ❤ for his work. Taking care of a special category of customers is not just work.. it's a mission!!

Absolutely recommended! We live in Piedmont, the shipment arrived in 2 days perfectly preserved. Carmelo is very kind and friendly, the prices are very fair and the variety of products is remarkable even though we mainly focused on the scacce, which were what my children missed the most since their celiac diagnosis. Needless to say, they were very much appreciated! Buy with confidence, you won't be disappointed!!!
