Officina del Riso Isola offers a wide selection of excellent risottos, with particular attention to fusions. Despite the slightly smaller portions, it is a cozy venue certified AIC, ideal for enjoying delicious rice-based dishes.

Very beautiful place in industrial style. The entire menu is gluten-free, ensuring maximum safety. Excellent food, from gunkan to risottos, with a positive note for the desserts as well. Fast service and friendly staff. What can I say, for risotto lovers, it's absolutely recommended!

They are AIC certified even though it didn’t show in the app. Great risottos, portions a bit small but I will come back.

We went to Officina del Riso with four friends on a pleasant Tuesday in September. We already knew the format thanks to the venues in Porta Romana and Navigli, which we also appreciate for the gluten-free offerings, and this time we decided to try this location. We started with 5 types of gunkan (Caramelized, Hazelnut, Carbonara, Lebanese, and Italian Tropical), all very well crafted and original. Following that, we had a risotto each: Rosso di sera, Truffle, Milanese, and Nerano, each with a distinct character and well executed. We also shared a gluten-free cutlet, which was very appreciated. To finish, we had two deconstructed cannoli and two tiramisus, accompanied by 3 bottles of water and one of Valpolicella Classico DOC Valpolesela. An appreciated detail was the availability of carasau bread and gluten-free bread upon request. The experience was overall very positive: tasty dishes, elegant presentation, a well-kept atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. The wait times were reasonable. The only small regret was not being able to choose the gunkan mix due to two fish intolerances, but there was no lack of variety. With the 50% The Fork discount, we spent €140 for four (€35 each). With the discount, the price was fair compared to the average, but at full price, which is €70 each, it would have been too much. In summary, a satisfying dinner that I highly recommend, especially for rice lovers. I will return.

Fairly good, and convenient only with The Fork discounts. Gunkan and zucchini flowers were tasty, but nothing exceptional. The risotto is small in portion, but being rich and flavorful, that's for the best. Otherwise, it would be cloying, as in many options, the cheese is heavier than expected (even in the one with lemon and elderflower). Excellent classic tiramisu, with homemade gluten-free ladyfingers. Kind and super fast service (perhaps a bit too quick in removing plates and grinding orders. Literally a workshop).
