Fantasy and flavor, great gluten-free selection. A must-try.

I had rice-based dishes, I tried 3 types of gunkan, one with pesto, one with hummus, and one with burrata. The pesto one was wrapped in zucchini, but the predominant flavor was that of basil; the one with burrata had swordfish, and I found it very good. The other, wrapped in eggplant and with hummus on top, was at the limit of acceptable, tasteless, and with an unpleasant, almost rubbery texture. I had a tomato risotto with burrata, and it was really very good. The waiter is polite and helpful and also asked if there were any gluten intolerances before serving bread at the table. The environment is small; we were upstairs, and despite it being half-empty, it was really very hot. After a while, they opened a window, resulting in a blast of cold air on the two people sitting by the window, not optimal. I recommend booking with The Fork because I find the costs without discounts a bit too high.
