We have ordered pizza several times at this place and I inquired about the preparation of gluten-free pizza. The establishment has a separate area with a dedicated oven for gluten-free! I will go there with my family to try the gluten-free pizza, having relatives with celiac disease.

Absolutely terrible my experience at the pizzeria Infarino in Rutigliano. It’s Saturday 7/10/23 and with some friends we book a table for 4 at 21:00 strictly outside well beyond the dehor, practically in the middle of the street. Upon arrival we look at the menu and ask to order. The only waiter able to take orders was the oldest, who, at every request to place an order, kept putting us off. More than an hour passes without being able to order even drinks. Clearly being teased, we decide to turn to the younger waiters who, although reiterating they could not take orders, finally bring us some beers and fries (10:30 PM). Having called the ordering waiter several times, feeling at fault, he decides to assign one of the boys to take our order (10:45 PM). After two hours, some tables start to leave due to the long wait without having eaten the pizzas. So we decide to order some fritters to stave off hunger and also the cold since after two hours sitting outside we couldn't take it anymore. At 11:15 PM, after more than half an hour of waiting, many tables that arrived after us start receiving their fritters, so we decide to call the same waiter again who, as throughout the evening, despite clearly being in the wrong, continued to respond rudely and arrogantly. At 11:30 PM, impatient, we decide to peek inside the pizzeria to ask to move to the internal room (due to the cold) where we encounter people who had been waiting there since 8:15 PM. At 11:50 PM, contrary to what the pizzaiolo claimed (that their orders were in the correct order thanks to a computerized system), as usual, at the table next to us that arrived in the pizzeria at 10:30 PM, the pizzas arrive and we still have nothing. Seriously tempted to leave, a bickering ensues involving the entire room against the truly arrogant waiters despite their position. Finally, at midnight sharp, the pizzas arrive… WRONG. My pizza, which was supposed to be red and without silano cheese, arrives white and with cheese, disregardful of potential allergies and intolerances. At the end of this terrible experience, we move on to pay the bill, which, believe it or not, was also wrong, as they had charged for two portions of fritters instead of one. A place that should be closed due to the truly rude and arrogant staff and not for the pizzas. If you cannot handle all the orders, avoid taking reservations beyond your capacity with tables all the way down the street. People getting up and leaving without having eaten is degrading and disappointing for any self-respecting restaurateur. If I could give zero stars instead of one, I would, especially for the mockery.
